Wow doesn’t even begin to explain how satisfied I am. Not only were they the cheapest around, they got my window ordered and installed in about one week, then the technician was so down to earth helping take the ac out of the window, the Estimater was also just so kick backed yet professional and Lastly the receptionist, always such a positive up beat attitude, ahhh, I love it. I loved everything about the glass guru and I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and family .

I needed two windows replaced and new screens. Greg came to do the estimate and really took his time looking at what needed to be done. During the installation, which was a very windy day, they took their time and were very careful. Technicians did an awesome job replacing window. It was a very large window located on second level. They moved a large piano with great care in order to safely reach the window to remove. They focused on task and were professional in every way. Would definitely hire again!

I just recently had shade screens added to my home. Just in time for the summer heat! The color matches my home paint color perfectly. The pricing was very reasonable too. Called gave him the information for a rental we own, Told us he would call us back and was never seen or heard from again...Funny thing we have a property that a company manages for us and they attempted to use him and he got the estimate in 24 hours..Bottom line..He judges his service based on the dollar amount.....No Thanks

I called this guy about my shower door and he took my info and never got back to me. Called Glen at G & L glass and had my door 2 days later.

I honestly would give ZERO stars if I could. Called this place and told them what work I needed to be done. They scheduled a date to come out, never did. I called again and gave me the run around. Moral of the story...No customer service what so ever!
