Chapel of the Twin Cities most respectful people I have met. In my time of need of my mother passing away unexpectedly they were there to help me with the process of all paperwork and guiding me through the process itself. Any questions I had they were there with the answer. They handled my mother professionally with cremation and urn. Thank you Matt and Elizabeth you all are amazing when it comes for one in the time of need.

Losing my dad was tough but thankfully, Matthew from the chapel of the Twin Cities didn’t just see my mom and I, as just “clients”.He treated us like close family, and helped us with getting through these times without being a salesman.He even went above and beyond by having already a U.S. Flag for the full honors ceremony of dads military services. Which was the one thing my pops really ever said he wanted after he passed, was for my mom to receive that flag he earned. She did . We will have it representing his service to this country, and us, Forever. Thanks Matt, for your caring and kindness through all this. Truly a gentleman and friend. Blessings to you and Elisabeth.

My dad recently passed away of COVID 19. He was a young 71 and it was unexpected. Unexpected death is always more tragic and difficult to deal with, so it was wonderful to have had Matt help us through the process to say our final goodbyes to our beloved father. Matt was caring, knowledgeable, and there was never any pressure to do anything we didnt want. He was not only available during business hours, but also gave us his mobile number and he always answered. Matt was always respectful and helpful, and in the end made the most difficult time in life for the family members of one who has just passed, that much easier. Finally, Matts compassion and understanding made a world of difference in making sure our dads celebration of life was the best it could be. Im glad we chose The Chapel and cant thank them enough for all they did. Thank you Matt and staff.

My sweet grandmother passed in our home peacefully surrounded by loved ones . Chapel of the Twin Cities was in credibly helpful kind and knowledgeable. Mathew in particular was so so patient kind and helped me navigate through the process of retrieving and transporting my grandmother from Napa to sutter .In a difficult time with so many options and decision to make Mathew made the process very smooth and seemless! When we lost my Mom on September 20 th my dad and I were not ready for it. I researched and found Matt at Chapel of the Twin Cities. He was the most caring and compassionate person we have ever met. He patiently answered all of our questions and always worked with us without any issues. He made this most difficult situation easier to deal with from the memorial side of losing my mom. His grandfather Larry spoke at my moms service and was a great preacher. He took the time to come to my dads house and meet the family and learn about my mom. He did a fantastic job of highlighting my moms life. My dad and I miss my moms every day. I highly recommend Matt to handle the most difficult situation of losing a Family member. Matt and Larry please accept our biggest thank you for helping us through these difficult times. Losing a loved one is a painful experience. Losing a child is excruciatingly unfathomable . Matt and The Chapel of Twin Cities provided comfort yet professionalism during an unimaginable time. Everything about our experience making the final arrangements for our loved one was genuine and gentle. Matt was empathetic, flexible and kind. Our wishes were heard and our needs were met. Very helpful so nice !! They were never rude always polite and very respectful never rushed us on anything not even on the viewing everything was amazing I definitely recommend them ! Also ask for Matt hes the homie ! And help us out on everything !
