I was shocked! What a great job....we have used other companies and my same carpets never looked so good after being cleaned. We had couchs done too and they look/feel/smell brand new. We had bought a 5th wheel trailer that was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and carpet over hall. The carpets where filthy, the inside was dirty, and smelly. High Performance came out for a very reasonable price. I cant recommend High Performance Carpet Cleaning highly enough! Tami and Marina did such a great job on the tile grout and carpet in my mother-in-laws house in Plumas Lake! Tami explained everything to me and had many suggestions to prolong the life of the cleaning as well!Tami and Martina went above and beyond what I had expected from any business! Not only did they go on hands and knees to scrub every indentation in the textured tile to be sure that there was no spot missed but they restored the grout to like-new color, despite it being over 12 years old! I asked Tami to drop off some business cards to share with the neighbors the next time she was in Plumas Lake.As luck would have it, the night after they cleaned the tile and carpet, the dog got sick and threw up all over the freshly cleaned carpets, even the throw rugs Tami cleaned! When Tami dropped by the next day to leave me some cards, I mentioned what had happened. Tami offered to spot clean and seeing the areas, brought in her equipment and cleaned all the spots free of charge! That was so kind and way beyond what I would expect any service to do!They are honest, considerate, thorough and worked so hard! I would be happy to give High Performance and Tami a recommendation any time! They really went above and beyond of my expectations for service!

AWESOME JOB on my carpets! They got Stains out I never thought would come out! Also used a great smelling product that eliminated the Previous owners DOG SMELL! I would HIGHLY recommend them. And the price was reasonable. Definetly worth the $$

I have used them for years. They keep putting off my intended berber carpet replacement of my kid rooms. Nearly 15 years later they still come out looking brand new after the crew leaves. I can leave a key under the door and they leave as if they were never there, other than taking carpet dirt out with them.

Once we tried High Performance, we have never used anyone else. They are by far the best carpet cleaner we have used in Yuba City. They have always done a great job and are very customer service oriented. On a couple of occasions, they have come out in the evenings so we would not have to take time off of work.I would much rather pay a few dollars more and get the best job you can get, than to cut corners and end up having a rinsed carpet instead of a clean one. Dont be fooled by cut rate carpet cleaners they wont use much soap and have cheap equipment.Once you talk to these people, you will see how friendly they are. It is obvoius they care about you and about keeping your business. I have recommended them to several friends who have used them and are very satisfied with their work.
