I have been going here for some time now and I am very happy with the price and service. Everyone is very nice. They do an amazing job and you can tell they all take pride in their work UNLIKE 99 CAR WASH WHO JUST OVER CHARGES.

Okay, I know its not fair to request miracles but WOW the service here was so helpful to me today. I spilled tea all over my passenger seat in the morning, and didnt want it to set the stain, so I called to see if Yuba City car Wash could squeeze me in. Not only did the detailer explain what she could do, she did the job within my lunch hour. Everything smelled great and looked significantly better than when I brought it in. $20 per seat on short notice was more in my budget than $160 for 4 seats at other locations, especially when those were booked several weeks out. Thank you!

The receptionist is very nice and knowledgeable I wish I had a better review for the gentleman that do the vehicles but Ive been there twice and each time it wasnt cleaned properly wasnt vacuumed out properly the maps were not cleaned and even though they towel dry .. so much is messed I always have spots after the fact which makes me sad because finding a good place to get your vehicle done is not as easy as it sounds!

ALWAYS a stop when were in town! Excellent service, and my truck gets clean inside and outside. The staff is cheerful and polite. Very nice waiting area where you can purchase snacks, soft drinks and water, and ice cream.

Paid for the 20.95 wash and vacuum. Looked good, but then noticed that the small tiny windows in the back were not done, nor was the back window done, dont think they ever opened the lift, and cleaned that back window. Staff was nice, it was quick. Over all I guess not bad, would of been amazing had they done the inside of the windows.

Guy here said theyre never staffed enough to do more than the Platinum wash. Pretty disappointed that the others offered as a no appointment washes are pretty much just never available. They were quick and nice, but for $55 and the meh quality wash, go somewhere else 🤷

Worst service I have ever had to pay for!!! Didnt even do half the job I took it in for! And what I had to pay for was overcharged and sloppy workmanship! If I could post pictures I would. Yes they refused to give me my keys unless I paid their overcharged. I was told my Yukon was a small suv because no third row seats but yet manager insisted I pay for large suv plus third row seats which my car doesnt have. I would not recommend this racket to my worst enemy!!! My experience was horrible!! Plus my headlights are worst than when I took it in. Horrible, customerservice and horrible workmanship!!

After 2 x vacuum they didn’t move anything to wipe or vacuum. They said they vacuum and underneath car seat dirty and under my car cushion not moved. They wash outside car rain spots still all over. Didn’t do good job cleaning

Paid for a wash and detail. They didn’t even wipe the dust off the dash. And was barely vaccumed. The outside was clean but the inside hadn’t been touched.

Best car wash in the Yuba-Sutter area! Friendly service and my car was spotless!

Paid $129 ($159 - $30 coupon) for a Detail #1. Immediately I noticed that the interior of the car was untouched. I live only a mile away from this place and I called Cindi at the front counter. She explained that for the interior to be detailed that I would have had to select the Detail #2 option at $220. She did also mention that the full service wash (which is included in all detail packages) should have at least dusted certain parts of the interior. She offered to let me bring the vehicle back so that they could attempt a 2nd time. Cindi is the only reason this place got 2-stars instead of 1.Okay so how was the quality of product for what IS included in Detail #1? Not great. In the pics below you can see that the wheels were not 100% clean. Still bugs on the exterior side mirror (now waxed over). Windows not 100% clean. Am I being picky? Perhaps. But its called a DETAIL. And its 6x more than what I normally pay for a wash. This place is trying way too hard to up-sell: There is the standard Interior Dust. Then there is Interior wipe down for $25 extra, and then there is Interior Dress for an additional $17. If a customer gives you $130; you should just give your customers a clean car. Just about any other place in town gives you a better value than this place.

The young Gentleman was well versed on more than just the average bear and got the vehicle after a brief look over into the change area.The high point of post oil change:❤️a Free Professional Car Wash that two wonderful Young Lady and Gent detailed the inside of the Car post going through their Gentle Car be Wash area and we left there thinking 🤔?we need to spread the word of these folks as most places are filled w/unhappy removed mentally from their jobs folks so... Go see👀👁️👄💭💬 what I said if your in the local area or traveling and need what they Humbly offer...

They are very professional and polite. They respect your vehicle but my only complaint is that things inside dont get wiped down thourghly.

I paid $45 over 2 times to have my car washed inside & out inckuding washing all interior windows. They did NOT wash all the windows both times. 1st time i had already driven off when I realized. 2nd time i went back & pointed it out to manager. He washed the windows. He left smeary residue over all the windows that couldnt be seen across entire window only on edges until rhe sun hit it and blinded me when i was driving. Manager told me to come back if there was any problem. When I cane back he became beligerent that he wasnt going to wash my windows any more as if he had been doing ne an extra service. I was just gettjng the second wash i had already paid for. I had to make a extra trip to get it. They do lousy service if they do it at all. BUYER BEWARE.

The only full service car wash I go to. They always do a good job and have reasonable prices.

Took my husband’s truck but it was too tall to go through the wash which we half expected. Decided to get the inside cleaned since we were there. Being a work truck it was very dirty so we had done a quick wipe down on the way there. I understand missing a few spots but you can’t even tell it was cleaned at all. The back door panels were not touched at all. We will never go back.

The only place I’ve found open weekdays after 5pm 🙏 Thank you! They rarely have a line like the other places in town so I’m in and out in 15-30 min easy. I’ve never been disappointed with my wash, their air fresheners are amazing too. Ladies running the register are always friendly, even the manager jokes around with you when he’s covering the register. Just an all around quality little shop.

They do a good job on cleaning your car and if you get your oil changed you get a free car wash and thats always a bonus. And the people there are very friendly and its appreciated

I wouldn’t recommend this place keep ripping people off. Make you pay in advance for a service you think your getting. Then don’t deliver on every aspect. Damaged paint, poor attention to detail. Argued how it was our fault it was still dirty, after asking to speak with a manager and waiting 15 minutes. Russian owed, which isn’t an issue, but this Russian seems to be tweeking the the boys up and over the levy! Other employees agreed that the car didn’t get much attention! Clean your cars like you clean your lobby and everything be perfect!.A lot of negative reviews, and dissatisfied customers. Pay to much money to be able to do a better job yourself.

Worst car wash I’ve ever had and overpriced. The car didn’t even look different after and I paid for the inside to be cleaned as well. When I talked to the manager he was so rude and pretty much did nothing.

Yesterday I had the interior of my 03 Honda Accord cleaned. These guys did a FANTASTIC job!! I couldn’t believe that they were able to get the carpets, door panels and leather seats looking like new again. Best $79.95 I’ve ever spent.

I highly recommend this car wash and detail business - the customer service is amazing and you will not regret giving them your business. All services are decently priced and well worth the wait. For my vehicle, I got my cars carpets shampooed, an exterior wash, hand dry, and tire dress for less than $60.

They do a pretty good job on the washes and most of the attendants are friendly.

This place is ok if you need a quick wash only, but if you Really want a Detail, I mean a real!! Detail then contact Lopez Detailing in Marysville he is the man in town to go to!! They go above & Beyond with there services!! His work is amazing he does more then detail on the cars makes them look like they’re walking out of a new Car Lot!!

They were quick, but Ive gotten better for way less. After a $20.95 full service car wash, I still had bird poop on my hood (pictured) that I ended up washing off myself.

Got my oil changed next door when they ask me if I wanted a free car wash I said yes Horrible mistake. Do not get the free car wash specially if your car is a dark color. Scratched my brand new black Mustang horribly. Call the place a few days after noticing all the scratches, they said they can’t do anything about it and that you agreed to get a car wash. (Will not be taken down this review unless you are willing to pay for a new paint job)

Employees are not detail oriented the third row of my suv was not cleaned carpet was still dirty and the exterior was not clean dirt and mud was still visible on trunk. Will not be going here again! Dont waste your time or money at this business.

Took my car in for a hand-wax and when the car was done, I didnt see any difference. The detail guy came and finally made it right after paying twice as much as expected..

The last time I went through there my brand new car ended up with a big scratch in the lower front. Usually I do a walk around after this time I forgot and didnt notice until a hour later so nothing I could do about it.

So sorry to say they don’t care about customer health. No employees wearing masks inside the building.

Combined with oil service at the Quick Lube next door, this is a great service.

I took my Camry there for inside wash it have stain on one seat they said they wash inside butt it was still the same I am not satisfied.

Brought my car mainly to get vaccumed. Told the guys who were in charge of vacuuming that, got back in my car and they didnt even touch the center consol, still sand everywhere. My seats are still covered in sand(from my camping trip, which is why I wanted it vaccumed). Really disappointed theyll never get my service again.Update* after taking to William, I brought my car back and it was resent through the vacuuming process and re wiped down. The lady at the front apologize and was helping ensure the head of the washing crew made sure it was done right. Although when I got back in my car, still sand in the cup holder that only took me several minutes to clean out (something I PAID to have done)and still very visible spots that should have been wiped down. At this point its extreme laziness and I will still not be going back.

Machine does its work, people dont. If you pay $27 for a carwash youd expect for the car to at least get a wipe down to get dust off the dashbaord there was a wipedown but still dust. Also if your going to clean the rim covers make sure they are clean. I usually wash and clean my own car, now I remember why. Im not too picky but I know when people are just being lazy and not paying attention. When I see someone do good work I tip. Not this time. A little more effort an easy 3 stars. Hustle a bit and this place can be 4 or 5 star place.

I can only say that no carwash can wash, wax or dry a car as good as someone expects them too. I cant say this carswash is perfect but the employees there are great i lost a valuable ring in my truck so long ago that i forgot and they found it while they were vaccuming and just set it in the cupholder. Those employees have great morals i really appreciate the fact that they didnt just take it home.The exact date and time this took place was july 12 2015 at around 10:50 am, i know this because i took a picture. Service was great, the cashier was friendly and so were the employees that day. I cant say my truck came out completely dry but i can say that at no carwash they come out perfect. I recommend this carwash to anyone who who wants their carwashed and cleaned good by trusted people.

Bad experience my husband brought our truck for a wash and they ended up taking off the gun sprayer the paint and it was not clean good at all. The worst thing is the paint they ruined it. And we paid for the 55 dollar detail wash so not worth what I paid. Especially for the BIG damaged done to my truck.
