The tow driver was very aggressive., they were very rude.... they were called out to tow my car and actually towed my car into a different car, after recognizing he (wouldn’t )be able to pull the car directly on the lift (without )hitting my neighbors car, he still contiued to pull my car and actually pullled my car into my neighbors car ..

Ramirez towing really got me out of a bind the other night. I was arriving from Southern California for a visit when my car suddenly shut off on highway 99. I felt like I was in the middle of nowhere since Im not familiar with the area and I thought I would have to wait all night for a tow.Adam arrived within 20 minutes, I couldnt believe it! I am a AAA card owner and I was surprised when I needed a tow in Sutter they called towing company out of Sacramento. After waiting close to 2 hours my son called Ramirez Towing. They were very busy but made time for a quick tow from Sutter to Yuba City. They arrived within 10 to 15 minutes. I recommend them completely! I would definitely call them again!

I have used Ramirez Towing for may years. I have always gotten great service at a reasonable price. I have had several people suggest I use another well known service. I did once and regretted it. It took longer to get towed 5 miles with that other company than it did with Ramirez to be towed 97 miles.Last night my wife, grand daughter and I had engine trouble in Stockton and had the car towed to Yuba City. The driver, Steve was courteous and made what was a difficult situation much more pleasant. He was kind, quite a good driver and made us feel at ease. There trucks are always clean and comfortable.I will continue to use Ramirez Towing and highly recommend then to others.

Was hit by one of their drivers two years ago coming down the 10 st bridge into Marysville, and the driver ran. Called the tow yard and the owner told me to come to the shop to get the insurance information. When I got there the owner already had a cop on site and I was accused of being a pill addict- that the owner would not stand for me filing a claim with my insurance... regardless of the damage I had. The cop stated that there was no proof their driver hit my vehicle and encouraged me to accept the measly $200 the owner was tossing at me to shut up and leave with.Scant less company, be careful around their tow trucks to avoid getting struck. Also, notice they respond to negative reviews by yelling at people.. real professional.

Mister rameriz was a awsome guy we lost our hole hub on our trailer that was filled with dirt and I called 4 tow company and they wouldnt touch it but rameriz towing did without a heart beat such a great funny guy I would totally use him again he is gonna be my first call before anyone else tha k you good sir much appreciated

You guys SUCK!!! I called and asked for help you told me you would be out in an hour. Then I waited 2 hours before calling back and the guy who answered sounded spun out on drugs and said Im sorry bro, I didnt mean to leave you hangin, but Im not gonna be able to make it out there. Then he hung up. You guys had my number so there is no excuse for not calling me when you knew you couldnt help, instead you let me sit in the heat (88 degrees). I will NEVER use your company again and I will make sure that my friends and family will never call or use you guys either. If I or anyone I know ever needs help with a tow company we will use Randys Towing.

They forgot my first appointment and when I called them they said sorry and they’ll be here in 30 minutes. Well that thirty minutes turned into 80 minutes because they apparently couldn’t find my house. Tell me how are you supposed to trust a towing company that is late and can’t find the correct address. Correct addresses are literally what you’re supposed to specialize in I live in a house on a corner lot it’s not hard to find. So this guy decides to call me angrily after I cancel on him because I didn’t trust he’d take my car to the right place and he confronts me like I’m the problem and hangs up on me. I hope you guys pick up some better business practices and if you don’t then please don’t become Uber drivers when your place goes out of business because we need people who can properly utilize the power of google maps.

CROOK! BBB Needs to investigate them. I just received a tow from the owner himself. First when we spoke he said that it would be $175 tow for 23 miles. When he did arrive he stated now that it would $10 more because he got lost. So now we agreed to $185. But when we pulled up to my house he wouldnt let truck down till we payed him $240. He is a Crook!

On my way home today, I got to watch a Ramirez tow truck drive erratically and dangerously. He cut off another driver and then held his hand out the window to give the innocent driver the finger. He then tried to cut off my wife after he tried to go around us. He was unable to do that, since we were already going the speed of traffic. This was all while pulling a van on his flatbed.I wouldn’t use this company after seeing how their employees drive. Towing is more than putting a vehicle on a flatbed or hooking it up. The vehicle has to actually get there in one piece. There was no excuse for his driving.

Ripped off and took advantage...charged $400 to go 4 miles...and didnt tell me the cost until after...charged by the hour and charged me for time that they wasted on forgetting a part. Trying to get some of my money back but they are stick8ng me!

So last night I needed to find a place to move an 8x12 shed. Thats right, a shed. I called shipping companies, uhaul, even a shed moving company. Everyone wanted a ridiculous amount to move it from Yuba City to Biggs, CA. More than what the shed was worth. Thats when I decided to call Ramirez Towing.Adam asked many questions to prepare what seemed like a reasonable rate and haul of my new shed. He was polite, professional and confident in their abilities to get the job done. When Jesse first showed up he realized that he needed to remove the rails on his flat bed truck, he reassured me that he would be right back. After making a quick run to the shop and getting the rails removed(most would have just called back and said they couldnt do it, or were too busy) pulled the shed right in place, strapped it down and off to my house we went. When we got there, it was dark and a tight fit. He asked me where I wanted it, I showed him and after a quick assessment, he put it exactly where I had asked. No easy task either. I guarantee that now other tow company in Yuba City would have gotten this job done this fast with zero problems. I know this because I was denied by all the other companies out there. Payment was easy and paper less. I got an emailed copy of my receipt before Jesse left and nice new work shop. Thanks again fellas. Anytime Im in need of a tow or haul, I will call you.

The best in town ..

Good tow service, the guys were very friendly. It cost $45 for a local tow in Yuba City-Marysville for the first 5 miles, it ended up costing an extra $20 bucks for them to un-lock my steering wheel. So it was a total of $65. They went around the block to make sure they dropped off my car facing the correct direction--and that was a tight squeeze on a Marysille city street.

This tow company burned my wife for 420 dollars charging her that much for a simple tow 5 miles took the driver 25 minutes to back the truck up then the truck broke twice while loading our tow they were very rude when we contactes Adam the owner he was just as unprofessional as the driver was they are crooks thieves and liars avoid them at all cost people you have been for warned

My neighbor had this company tow their new car to our street, since there is limited parking in front of my home I asked that he not drop it right in front of my home where I need to park as I am physically disabled and can not walk far. He yelled at me saying I dont own the street, and causing a huge problem when I was very kind in my request that he not park the vehicle in front of my home. RUDE! I have never been so insulted when making a kind request of someone. I will never use this company. I suggest that no one else use it either as this man is clearly unhinged and offensive!

Horrible! They left my mom on the side of the road for 2 hours in 97 degree heat. Then she called them and they said tried calling and asking if she still needs a tow and still ended up never showing up.

The two truck driver by the name of Steve is a womanizing pig I highly suggest ladies if your ever in a spot where you might need a tow do your price homework ahead because this man will take advantages of you and charge you very high fees

I called at 1230, and was told about an hour. Three hours later the driver showed up. With the WRONG KIND OF TRUCK. The dispatcher was told it needed to be a flat bed truck.Horrible service.
