Customer service was great. The sales agent was working all alone and she managed to navigate between the three of us (customers) with ease.

I walked in for an iPhone upgrade walked in and found they offer a bundle deal after payment, also added att next package without asking for consent. Offered advise to walkout store and cancel, it shouldn’t be like this in first place.

Went in to pick up a phone I ordered, and the staff members here were just fantastic. Taniece and Heath were both so helpful, and friendly. They got my new phone all set up, and helped me trading in my old one. They were super knowledgeable, and I will definitely be back any time I need some help.

Matt and everyone at the store was very friendly, honest, and helpful. We were in and out within maybe 20 minutes with new phones, a new clear coat he personally applied perfectly to our new phones, a couple cases, and an appointment to have our internet going after moving soon. Didnt feel pressured into anything but instead was really offered valuable advice for the choices we had available.Would recommend this location to any and everyone. Ask for Matt!! We stopped at the store on Carpenter rd to upgrade my husbands phone and Matt helped us, he was so charming we both left with a new iPhone and accessories. Everyone was friendly and helpful.Next day: We has tremendous problems and spoke with four different representatives until I was ready to go to Verizon but my husband called Matt at the Carpenter rd. store and he fixed everything immediately, again. Everything about my experience at this store was great. Matt helped me get my new phones and Taniece helped me correct an error on my part. Both of these people were honestly the most patient people. There are not enough stars to rate this place. Best customer service ever. Brought me back to being an at&t customer!

One of the workers lied to me. Looked me in the face and shook my hand as well. He said if I traded in my phone, there’d be no monthly charge for a device fee. He then asked if I wanted to upgrade to more memory, which would be like $1 to $2 a month on the device fee. I said okay. Got the receipt home and it says $10 a month for the device fee. I really dislike the lack of transparency and the “bait and switch” tactic. Smh. Reasons I genuinely dislike salesman.

Stopped in today to get a SIM card replacement. Got what I needed as quick as they could. Will come back next time I need something.

Although this store was a further drive for me, I prefer this location from the helpful service I received.

Awesome customer service

This is my favorite AT&T store. The employees are very attentive and they do all they can to get you to the price point you want. They always have the best music playing. I like that they are all knowledgable about the phones and how to navigate AT&Ts crazy billing.

After being on the phone with att customer service for 2 hrs, getting transferred multiple times, and had no questions answered, I was about to cancel my service. I drove to the att store and was greeted by the store manager Taniece. She completely restored my faith in att. She answered all of my questions right away and helped me get the documentation I needed. I’m still a customer at att because of her.

Answered all my questions took care of all my needs, Taniece and Rhyan are great. Ask for them!

Taniece and Tony are always amazing. Whatever questions I have they are always solved immediately. Even if they are a bit busy here and there, they make it worth the wait.

Went in to get my phone fixed, my experience was awesome. Joe greeted me and made me feel welcomed! Im never sure what Im doing in a cell phone store, so many plans, phones and prices... Joe was kind enough to break it down for me, helped set up my new phone and got me some impressive cases. THANKS! definitely coming back for my kids!!

The store moved but is still in the plaza.Tony, who was the only employee seemingly, was absolutely amazing. I’m an advocate for a Spanish speaking family. I brought them in to help them get their phones working right for them. Tony and I both spoke little, to no Spanish, yet we were able to get their phone plans upgraded. Tony took the time to use his personal phone to translate and even stayed way after closing, never once mentioning the store closed, all to make sure they were all taken care of. As a 10 year veteran of customer service management myself, I can say that this was the best possible customer service that could of ever been provided. Every company needs more Tony’s!

I was ready for an upgrade and originally went to the Washtenaw store. We waited over an hour to end up leaving without even talking to a customer service employee! I then went to the Carpenter store in hopes to get the help I needed. This is officially my new home store! Tony was AWESOME and took the time to go above and beyond with me to explain everything in detail, and figured out how to give me the upgrade I wanted/needed with a $700 discount on my phone! He even made sure that my phone was properly connected to my data, set up how I wanted, and helped me solve an issue I had with my iPhone X that carried over to my new 11. Tony was not only professional, but an overall positive and fun guy that made this whole phone debacle an actual enjoyable experience! He gave great recommendations and if you ever need help, go see him! 🙂
