I had a yellow jacket nest in my block foundation directly beneath the back door of my house. After a couple of failed attempts on my part to eradicate the nest, I called Insectech. The guy they sent out put on his protective gear, got right in the face of the yellow jackets, applied a couple of different potions, and within about 10 minutes, the risk of being stung while entering or exiting my back door had been eliminated. No more yellow jackets!6

Very helpful honest business. Man came out for a free inspection and determined that my carpenter ant problem was probably just a false swarm and that while he could treat, but it probably wasnt necessary since they had mostly gone away since the time I called. If I have extermination needs in the future you bet Ill be calling insectech.

Honest and looking out for the best for their customers.I called Insectech asking about removal of a yellow jacket nest I noticed a couple weeks ago in the cinder block wall of a recently purchased home. Insectech informed me that around this time of year yellow jackets abandon their nests and do not return. Rather than taking my money and treating a nest that is being abandoned, they advised me to check and see if there is still any activity around the nest and instead just let them leave. After sending a photo and having Insectech verify they are yellow jackets, I decided to take their advice and wait and save my money.Thankful there are still honest people and companies like Insectech who prioritize the best for their customers rather than just out to make more money.

One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Not only do they never answer their phone (which is “the owners”) but they don’t give you a clue what they are charging for and they have an ancient payment system. Also, bugs are still around.STAY AWAY!
