I have always had the best experience at The Ypsi. As an events professional, I know the service level the staff provides is among the best in the industry. This space has competitive rates, outstanding service and very clean rooms. I can feel the owners personal touch in each experience.

A beautiful venue being renovated, Ive seen weddings, funerals, performances, and filming take place here. I cant wait to see what it becomes in the next few years, as renovations and restorations are complete.

The bad rating came from me being parked in your empty parking lot for less than ten minutes to check on my grandmother and the police being called on me... Your staff went out of there way to let me know how unappreciated any patronage is to your closed venue.

Absolutely love this new venue. Was honored to work on the second only event there early October called Holy Bones. Was great to connect with the surrounding neighborhood and community. Steve has positive vision, is positive hearted and knows how to get things done. While still many renovations are set to be underway, this is and will be the Gem Ypsilanti needs&seeks for music and occasions.

Holy Bones Extravaganza outside was terrific! Inside is an exciting venue for performing & excited to embrace it in Ypsilicious Ypsi.
