Useless. Got wrong answers. Came home and got on chat with Apple who clearly said the store could replace the phone. Printed out the chat transcript and went back to the store. Got some spiel about how yes, the phone was purchased there but they were an xFinity store and not an Apple store and therefore blah blah blah. Didnt even attempt (the first time) to look up the phone information - just told me I needed to do that online. I like xFinity mobile but Ill drive to the Ann Arbor location if I need to go to a store.
Staff was awesome, in and out with a new tv remote in 5 minutes. Much better an friendlier service than the old place on Washtenaw that had bulletproof glass partitions and hour long lines.Thanks!
Absolutely fantastic and personable help from a young man named Amar (sorry if I spelled your name wrong). It was my first time getting xfinity but he was very patient and helpful. My boyfriend even had a nice chat about gaming while he helped us too. I hope he sees this. Keep being awesome!!
I went to pay my bill I just only took few minutes to paid it off they guy who works in the front he was so helpful in fact all the staffs are very good there ...

The staff here was all great and did everything they could to help me with my issues, going as far as to put me on the phone with Comcast Technical Support. Comcast as a company, however, is always disappointing, but this store is great.
I did not purchase my Xfinity service through this location. However, I my WIFI was out for 72 hours after a storm. I called Xfinity Customer Service on multiple days/times and got no where. I went to this location, in person, hoping they would help me. The Assistant Manager, Devyn, went above and beyond to help me. Even though it wasnt her problem to fix. She was able to restore my service and take care of me immediately. Too bad every Xfinity employee can not be the Super Star that Devyn is. I appreciate her professionalism, knowledge and patience with a very frustrated customer. Kudos to Devyn!

Just had to pay a bill but the person who helped me gave excellent service. Suggest to call customer care first if anything wrong with equipment and need to exchange before going in. Its been fairly busy the couple of times Ive gone in.
The team has some soul and bring joy to the workplace. The light skinned lady with the glasses (currently has red hair) is super helpful and has exemplary customer service. My spot for Xfinity 🙌🏾💯
I’m disappointed. Two of the gentlemen there smell of liquor every time I go (the past 3 times to pay my bill). I forget their names, but they both start with ‘A’. I will NOT be back.
Did not have modems to replace the broken one they gave us less than 3 months ago. Thier modems have been lasting about that long. Dude there was dealing with another customer who wanted the same thing, told us they dont do modems even though the website says they do.

Went to this store after speaking with Xfinity customer service for over an hour. I went to get an XB6 or XB7 modem so I can fully connect to the XFI App. They give me the same modem I already had and said try this one like I dont know what Im talking about and refused to give me the XB6. Frustrated, I go home and try the new modem they gave me and of course I had the same issues. Five days later I schedule an appointment to swap the equipment out I get to the store and wait 20 minutes after my appointment time just be told they dont have an XB6 in the store, there is a shortage. Time is something I take very seriously and this store wasted my time and essentially my money by not providing the correct equipment for my internet needs. I would avoid this store at all costs in the future and if I need any service or equipment I will just request it online and deal with the shipping times.
How about when the sign on the front door says its open until 7 PM and Google maps says 7PM and the customer service agent I talked to said 7PM. That you are actually open until that time. I got to the store over a half hour early and it was closed up with no reason why they were not in the store.
Went to this location to return my old modem. Staff was super friendly! The whole thing took less than two minutes!! Great experience!
I was originally excited to be going to xfinity mobile because of the unlimited data plan that seemed reasonably priced, and some good deals surrounding the holidays. They had all these advertisements of switch, and bring your own phone which I was also excited about since I had just gotten the phone about a year ago, and liked it. Turns out it wasnt compatible. So I go to this store, and try to keep an open mind about getting a new phone. They had hardly any choices of colors or accessories, and the staff that was helping me seemed rather unfamiliar with their own products and services. I have had phones through Sprint, At&t, and verizon and the staff always knew everything about the different phones they sold. I would always buy a protective case as well as a screen protector, and never had a single problem with damage to my phones so I always would decline the protection plan. They had one case available for the phone which was clear, and they had one color in the phone that I had to purchase which was grey so I was going to get one from verizon. I still bought the screen protector of which they only had one available. I asked if they could apply it while I waited for my phone data to transfer, and they said sure. The store had 2 in stock, and he attempted to apply each one without success so I had no screen protector, and no case. They reimbursed me for the purchase, but then didnt ask if I wanted the protection since they werent able to give me any protection for my phone. My phone was knocked off a table the following morning, and received a crack in the upper corner. I called xfinity customer service, and told them what happened and that I had declined coverage, but they failed to protect my phone with the shield. They said to take the phone back to the store, and they should replace the phone. I get there, and the manager says they have to get authorization from xfinity because they cant take back a cracked phone even though it was their employees that left my phone unprotected because of their inability to apply the screen protection. They called xfinity, and they told me that I declined the coverage, and there was nothing they could do. The xfinity store in ypsilanti also claimed that they dont take your old phone, and that you have to do that with a third party company. My husband calls the Ann Arbor xfinity store, and they say to bring it to the store to have the value assessed. My husband and I spent hours on the phone with people, and the first thing on the phone is that xfinity is rated #1 in customer service. I have yet to see how that is possible. When I got my last phone with verizon, they even texted me a year later to ask me if I still was happy with my phone. Im going back to verizon first chance I get.

Beautiful store. Great social distancing and masks. They answer questions - very knowledgeable and friendly. They are constantly busy in the afternoons Ive gone which has been twice on random days. Theres a line but its what you make of it.

Went in to pickup modem and the whole process was done in few minutes. Very fast and professional. Used my phone to set up the modem and internet. Was surprised with easy of setup. Turns out that it was a wifi router as well as a modem, even though I just requested a modem. If you need help in settings things up, I recommend that you call in advance while driving back home, since wait time can take at least 30 minutes wait time. Phone number is 800-COMCAST. As for the store lady, thanks for your professional help!
Mixed reviews.... The ladies helped me every time nicely but some of the men 🤷🏼♂️ Everytime I go there and a man have to help me they tell me its Technicalities...they ONLY do sales. I have to phone customer services...🙄🙄🙄 Already waiting 2days for them to phone me back....🥱🥱🥱 With a problem about the xFi app. Also had to give me a manual invoice for the hardware I returned 🤔 no printer???

I recently added my husband on to the account, and I needed a statement showing we are both on the account. I called the customer service number beforehand, and the CSR told us he entered notes in our account, that we could go to our local store and they could print out our past statement, but with both our names showing. When my husband attempted to do this, they told him they couldnt help him with anything, they had nothing for him, and that they dont have a printer (LOL). Comcast is known for being terrible, but come on, no printer?
