Matt and his team were outstanding to work with. I scheduled with them in January to build a concrete patio to replace a deck that was falling apart. They came out as soon as the frost restrictions lifted. Given the nature of the project there were some odd bits but the finished product is beautiful, easy to walk on in bare feet and best of all moves water away from the house! They even tweaked the design a bit when I didnt like the early layout. Matt was great to work with, explained everything and we were using our fab patio within a week. Thanks fellas!

His price was also very reasonable for the work I had done. While trying to get my driveway replaced, I got six to seven bids from multiple companies and his price was among the best. More importantly, he came when he said he would, he got me the bid when he said he would, he started when he said he would, and he finished when he said he would. I just got my driveway done and working with this company was one of the best experiences that I have had in a very long time with companies. They were very reasonably priced. I had other estimates that were so much more expensive. They were very professional and hard working men. Very friendly and personable and easy to work with. They are very meticulous and clean up after themselves even! I HIGHLY recommend using them if you need some cement work done. My driveway is beautiful. They just got done today and I am already getting so many compliments on it. Im very satisfied!!!

Needed a pad for a shed. I decided on a bigger one so I would have some extra room around it. Matt did a great job. Good price, and VERY easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

GBC did an excellent job on the demolition and construction of my new patio. Matt and his crew worked in a timely and very professional manner. Communication was beyond efficient. In June 2018 we had our driveway widened and our patio enlarged. In November 2018 our cement started to crack by the garage door.We contacted Matthew immediately and he told us he would come out when the frost gets out of the ground. He did not show or contact us. Now we are into July. More messages went sent no reply. Finally in September we sent a more stern message. Matthew contacted us and looked at our cement and told us that he would take care of all of it. At this point all of the cement in the driveway was crumbling and cracking . He told us he would be back in 2 weeks. Once again he was a no show. We contacted him again in November no response.We are at the point of taking legal action.

We jack-hammered up the curb in our garage to repair the sanitary sewer line. I got several quotes but nobody wanted to do the job this year, they said they were scheduling for next year. Matt and his crew hopped right on the job the very first rainy day( it was an indoor job) and kept the heavy concrete trucks off my driveway by delivering the concrete with a powered buggy. Matt also gave me advice on pouring a small bumper strip using bonding agent, which we did and his additional price for this small extra was reasonable. The work quality was very good, their prices reasonable and their attitude excellent.

Excellent customer service and professional work. Followed up my messages and phone calls promptly and provided a competitive quote same day, better than three other contractors who provided higher quotes and then never responded to me to schedule a visit or work date. Matt and his crew came to my house early Saturday morning with a mixing truck, got to work filling a trench in my basement, cleaned everything and were done before 1pm. These are leaders in cement contracting to set the standard.

Great work, fast service and very reasonable price. Make sure you put your special reqirement in writing and get feedback ahead of time so not be left out in a hurry. These guys move from job to job fast. So anything not in their regular routine can be forgotten easily. However, once they understand your point, they will gladly follow. Project: half circle concrete driveway connecting to another concrete driveway, garage concrete floor with exterior wing and concrete patio, including gutter drain below the concrete. Proper slopes on all exterior concrete work so no standing water after rain.

We had GB Cement put a patio in our backyard. They were very fast, friendly and professional. The patio looks great, and they didn’t tear my yard up to get the job done.

Had a great experience with Matt and his crew. Matt called me with updates, stayed on time, had competitive rates, and kept the job site clean. Matt actually works along side his crew so you know nothing will be missed or any corners cut.

Can only assume the positive reviews are from close associates, since trying to get someone out to do an estimate was like pulling teeth, and after finally getting a scheduled appointment and with us even following up with texts the same day to check time (since no timeframe at all was given prior to the date), it was a no show, and they had no followups since to say anything about why they failed to show up. In short, we wasted a whole Saturday waiting on this no-show.UPDATE: Sorry, there was only a time given of after 12PM. Storms were a few hours later. As well, if nobody was then doing anything when the storms did actually hit, then there was plenty of time to send a short text stating nobody was coming at all that day, even after the storms. The only text followup came 3 days later, coincidentally after a review showed up. So the response to this review blaming weather, and claiming things like “playing by ear” is not accurate. If the owner would like to chat further on the accuracy of events with this military officer vet, I would welcome it. This includes facts of only finally being provided an estimated time of arrival of after 12 PM at 9:14 AM that same day of the appointment, 3 days after we had originally asked what the appointment timeframe would be. In any case, we now decline your offer made 3 days later via text of trying a new appointment to have a final estimate for the work we were originally requesting. That work will now be done by someone else.
