Pretty easy in and out. I got here early and was the only carrier here but they put me to a dock immediately and started live unloading me right at 10. Everyones been friendly. Parking lot could get a little cramped when theyre busy I imagine.

Horrible company ever! They don’t care about you! Ben, Jeremy, HR KIM, Eric, rob. They promise a lot of thing and don’t complete! This company throw packages around. Late to customer building! When unloading guitar center and pearl 1 they throw boxes on the belt and floor! Don’t trust this company with your boxes! 5 below, j-crew, hello fresh they fired them, they no longer use them! So they lost 3 accounts!! Call the cooperate office of 5 below, Jcrew, and hello fresh so y’all can see! They change their name from Dicom to Ann Arbor so they can hide from the other account they lost! Watch out!!!

Never shows up on time and no one ever answers the phone.

The overall jobs is easy, its the employees that make the job difficult. They act like they are not responsible when it comes to helping you, not only that they also change the schedule at the very last minute.

Friendly people....a little bit of a process to drop and hook...but over all a pleasant experience.

The Company is complete B.S. they over work you for 11 an hour management is terrible no raises or benefits after youre 90 days they all lie to you just to get the job done say its full time but only average 20 hours a week after peek season they full of it up their go work a McDonalds they pay more
