STAY AWAY!! I’ve been going to him for years and never had any serious problems really. The owner, Jamie. seemed more honest than most mechanics. The last two times I took my van in it was worst than when I took it in. The first time he pushed it in the garage with his tow truck and put huge dents in my trunk. Shrugged it off and said I’ll give you $100 off your bill.Just recently I took it in for an oil valve leak and a front end noise. Front end noise was a wheel bearing. He fixed it but as I drove home the traction control comes on for no reason. It is obvious he broke the sensor when he did the wheel bearing repair but he played dumbfounded and is charging me another $400 to fix it. But what can I do now? I’ll pay it, get my car back, and never go back or recommend his company to anyone ever again . Very disappointed in his decisions not to be honest and do what is right. Anyone know any honest mechanics?

My Jeep was sounding like a truck, my daughter didnt even want her Jeep next to mine. Someone suggested Steeles and they found out what it was and fixed it quickly. Had it at Firestone all day before and they couldnt figure it out.

Great customer service! Reasonably priced! My brakes and rotars needed replaced desperately. I was low on money but they worked with me n got me back on the road!! They also noticed that I have a cpl issues with my front end and gave me a reasonable estimate for that. They are obviously not trying to gauge anyones pocket! Great place for anyone to bring your vehicle to be fixed!! Outstanding service at average joe prices!! Thanks alot!!!

Took my vehicle in for noise in the front the told me it was the struts and shocks paid over 600 dollars picked up my car I drove it home it was making the same noise so I took it back he had it for another week just to tell me that the wrong thing got fixed so now he wanted me to pay another 1000 dollars on top of the 600 that I already paid seems shady to me I dont reccomend going there
