This company deserves an A+++++. Just installed a new furnace and central air. The price was very reasonable and their work ethic amazing. We could not be happier with the whole installation. And they showed me how to use the smart thermostat we wanted.One of the guys noticed a door in the basement was not attached and he actually took it outside and shaved off some of the bottom so it would open and close properly. Then he rehung it! You don’t see this kind of work ethic much anymore. I will be their customer for life. It’s a family business and Vince, the owner is training his sons to have an exceptional work ethic. And a special thanks to Harry too who was a real trooper going up and down our stairs! We have 30 stairs to get into our home on a hill and these guys never complained. And they installed both furnace and central air in one day.

My very old central AC system died on Saturday night. I called the business phone number on Sunday and had a appointment to get an estimate on Monday morning. Monday afternoon, Vince (the owner) had provided a competitive quote via email which I accepted online. Vince also texted me to let me know he had an opening for installation on Wednesday which I was pleased to take. Vince also texted me to give me 15 to 20 minutes advanced notice of his arriving at my condo. Great communication. The installation was done correctly with a minimum of fuss and the installers were very polite and professional in every way.I highly recommend this business. Between the manufacturers warranty on the compressor and parts; plus the A-Team warranty on labor of installed equipment; I am confident I am in good hands if any unexpected issues with the system do arise.

I just had an ac installed by the A-team. This is my first big purchase for a house and first time dealing with getting different quotes but Vince was so patient and understanding. He gave me a really fair price and the team he sent out was so great! They were professional, and fast and left everything so clean. I would totally recommend using them!

COVID ERA: I called and let a message no one got back to me. Called the next day got a person took down me info... no one got back to me. Just needed water heater lit and was willing to pay the $99.00... But never heard from them again.

I called A-Team on a Monday morning and they sent a technician over within an hour or two. Two days later, they came back to do a furnace/AC install within a matter of hours. The team was professional, friendly, well-skilled, and efficient. They also walked me through what they had to do and why, which is extremely reassuring as a homeowner. In terms of response time, quality of work and professionalism, A-Team knocks it out of the park. But beyond that, they seem like a genuine family-oriented business. The owner, Vince, deals with you on a personal level and has the best interest of you as well as his team in mind. I would not hesitate recommending their services to anyone and Im sure Ill be contacting them in the future should I need further HVAC services.

Vance from A Team Heating and Cooling came out to look at my HBAC when the furnace wouldn’t stop blowing hot air. He fixed the problem quickly and answered my questions about my current HVAC set up and the pros and cons of replacement. He’s very transparent and has the customers’ best interest at heart.

Our son’s furnace was going out intermittently so we called to see if he could get a new furnace installed. They were helpful, professional and flipping amazing! There was a problem with the gas line (he lives in a mobile home) and what should have been a 3 hour job turned into an all day job and they even had to come back the next morning. They offered to put him up in a hotel for the night and were back early the next morning to continue to work on the issue. I know they had to move other work around but they finished the job and even installed a free thermostat for him! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service! Was a *hair* more expensive than some other places, but definitely worth it. They were able to get the parts and get the work done weeks earlier than other services, and on the day of the service everything was done fast and well. They followed up multiple times to make sure that the replacements and installation worked perfectly and went above and beyond in making sure that the AC and furnace worked *perfectly* with the older electrical wiring in my building.

My husband and I could not have been happier with how amazing this company has been during the hottest week of the year! Our AC decided to stop working just before July 4th. We scrambled to find a company that could accommodate us before the weekend. Theyre not called the A-Team for nothing; I believe they deserve to be. Vince & Harry helped my family out this July after we had been without air conditioning for nearly five days during one of the hottest months in 2020. Once I called the A-Team, Vince wasted no time getting me an estimate for the replacement of my air-conditioning unit in my manufactured home. Originally he had said it would be a week or so before he could get the units needed (due to Covid) but within a couple of days he had secured the needed parts and called me to set up for installation. I called A Team after a basement flood just to inspect my boiler, this after calling the guy who installed it multiple times and never getting a return call. A Team scheduled a next day visit and even changed the time for me the day of when I had a work schedule change.They came out and were very thorough, and they took info from my boiler in case I should have any future questions. Ive called the A-Team twice: once for the furnace short-cycling, and then when the pump connected to the furnace began leaking water. Both times Vince came on the same day, both times after hours, and both times charged far less than I had expected to pay. He took care of the problems quickly and explained exactly what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Our furnace went out on an evening when the wind chill was well below zero. Vince and his son came out around 10pm to assess the problem. They promised to get the part we needed first thing in the morning and gave us advice about how to keep the house warm overnight. The entire repair was completed before noon the next day. They were professional and courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure that all parts of the furnace were functioning properly before they left. Fantastic service!

These guys are great! My furnace stopped working at the end of October. They were able to get a new one installed in a couple of days. I had a some issues after with my thermostat (totally an issue with the house wiring, not their work) and Vincent came over several times after hours to make sure it was fixed. I called A-Team Heating & Cooling on Sunday due to the failure of my furnace. We agreed upon a Monday’s appointment with weekdays charge. Vince called me back and offered to come over right away with weekdays charge to check the furnace due to the cold whether. I was so touched. He diagnosed the issue was related to the ignition and promised to come back Monday with the right part. Before he left, he went through his checking list to make sure ignition failure was the right root cause. Suddenly, I heard him calling me to the basement. He showed me the clogged spot which prevented the start of the ignition. He fixed the furnace right away and charged me with extremely reasonable price. Furnace was acting up on the coldest day of the year (record low) and it was turning off. I called and A-Team was the only HVAC company around that could come within 1 week let alone that day. I was told they wouldnt be able to make it out until 8PM which was late, but way earlier than anyone else. At 2PM Vince reached out to me and let me know he had an opening and came over at 3PM. He fixed the Limiter on my HVAC and left. Unfortunately the limiter wasnt the only issue, and the Furnace shut off again, I let him know and he got back to me within 2 hours of letting him know. He came back and made a tweak to the motor and it has been good for almost 18 hours since. He talked me through everything and did inspections on the furnace while he was waiting for the stress test to finish. His second visit out to make the motor tweak he didnt charge for at all. I would highly recommend Vince. He provided great service, fast, and at a reasonable price. Dont hesitate to call him.

One of their workers left my front door open allowing my puppy (at the time) to run out into the freezing January day. It took me over 1/2 hour to wrangle her up again getting soaking wet from the funky just nasty day. I was thankful of the aide from a friendly neighbor that day but felt rejected by the men who were responsible for that occurrence. Not only that but when I had gotten back to my home my front door was left wide open! only my glass door was shut. The guys were gone. Before all of this I had placed $500 cash into their hands so I guess they had no reason to stick around and help in the situation they got me in. That company never even called to see if I or my pup were okay!! I was pissed!With that horrible experience I was nervous about about ever having my furnace worked on. Who would I call? Will I have another terrible experience?After having my furnace worked on by Vince and his crew I will NEVER think of anywhere else again. I sure wish I had known about them years ago!!! My air conditioner died July 5th at 3pm. The A team was the only place that had a real person on the phone line on a Holiday weekend. I highly recommend Vince and his A-Team - they were the only company that would come by on a Friday night when we came home to a freezing house and broken furnace, he figured out the problem (unfortunately it was a totally dead circuit board), and then replaced our furnace with his team the next morning. After the blower motor in my gas furnace failed, I called A-Team and left a message. Vince called me back within minutes, and he was at my house within the hour. After a quick diagnosis, I was quoted a very fair price for the motor replacement, and he got to work immediately. Though the fix required more work than originally thought (the furnace was very old and had some problematic rust), Vince finished the job promptly and even kept to his original quote, charging no additional fees for the unexpected work. Very courteous, honest, and professional. Highly recommended.

Great communication and exceptional service! They were very communicative about when he was going to be at my home to deal with a furnace issue; they were going to try to make it the night I called, but had other customers to work with so we rescheduled to the following morning. The next day, they showed up at the time we agreed upon, figured out the issue quickly (non-functioning motor control board), got the part and replaced it. Didnt take that long from the time they came to the time they left. I definitely would call them again to troubleshoot any future HVAC issues and would recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVACs!

Excellent service! Crazy cold temps and our furnace decides to act up. Our old HVAC company told us it would take a week before they could respond.
