From our initial consultation with the salesman, they were prompt and professional. My wife and I had the windows replaced in our entire home. The price we received was beyond fair especially in current times with the increase in building cost. Due to shortages in building supplies we were given an estimated installation date of mid October, we were pleasantly surprised when the came in late July. Ed and John (installers) paid attention to every detail and did an amazing job. The completed project drastically changed the look of our home and we couldn’t be happier. We were pleasantly surprised when they came in 3 weeks ago and they were all installed this past week. Ed and John did an amazing job. THE GUYS WHO INSTALLED THE WINDOWS ACTUALLY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING !Nice place to do business. All were original construction grade that were changed to ProVia branded products through Window Depot USA of Youngstown. We cannot be more pleased. The quality of these products and the difference they have made in our home is beyond belief. My special note to our customer relationship representative, Angela K., our sales representative, Robert M., as well as the excellent Window Depot installation team. Robert initially worked with us on our replacement projects. He was punctual, reliable and works very hard to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Angela stopped by and oversaw the project the day of installation and answered all of our questions during the installation with members of the installation team. The installation team showed up on time and worked very diligently and completed all of our replacements in about 5 to 6 hours. The installation team works exclusively under the Window Depot USA of Youngstown umbrella, which we were very pleased with. Very nice cleanup after the work was completed. Window Depot had the best value of all the other companies, and I checked them all..Their prices were around mid-range of the others, but we got triple pane windows instead of double pane..They are beautiful inside and out. We had 12 window openings replaced with 21 windows. We are not happy with 4 of the window openings which is 11 windows. We lost 12 inches of glass space in these windows. Something we were not expecting. We have contacted them and they said they would call us back. That was a week ago. We would like to know what our options are to fix these windows.

We ordered 13 windows from them after a home sales presentation. Robert was professional and not pushy. He explained things simply while highlighting the benefits of each design feature. The windows came in about 6 weeks and were installed in a matter of hours. They hauled all the old windows and trash away. My favorite feature of the windows is that you can hear them suctioning shut really creating a seal. Our home is already warmer and has such beautiful natural light.

I recently had 24 windows replaced...yes, 24. From the initial sales visit, measuring visit then to the installation I was very pleased with the level of commitment to taking care of my house. The job was scheduled for two days which was reasonable considering the number of windows. The crew was awesome and easily finished on one day though and I couldnt have wished for a better job. They were prompt, neat and knew what they were doing. The windows are something else too. The next morning I was walking around inside the house looking at the windows and noticed the frost on the OUTSIDE of the windows. That means that there was no heat loss through the glass (triple pain, Low E). I would absolutely recommend Window Depot of Youngstown and their Dream Team Installation Crew, Thanks!

We had estimates from 3 other companies besides Window Depot and Window Depot had the best price and were the only company to offer triple pane windows. We are very pleased with the installation and the product. The windows have provided a warm and quiet house. We had trouble with one window opening and the final inspection by Steve showed that the weather strip on the bottom sash was damaged. They have promised to replace the lower sash. Other than that, we are very pleased with Window Depot.

The salesman was very good in explaining everything. We liked the fact that he had a window to show us what we were getting. The price was good and the crew that delivered and installed the new windows was good. They answered any questions that I had and not only showed me what they were doing but explained why.The following sounds petty but not to us. The gift card we received was not worth it. We would have had to drive up to 20 miles or more for the restaurants they gave us. The closest one was the lounge of local bowling alley. That did not go over to well with me. Sitting in a lounge listening to the bowling balls going down the alley. Not my idea of a nice somewhat quiet evening.Because of principle, I doubt if we will go back to Window Depot for the remaining windows we are looking to replace.

Follow up:Poor communication within the company. Poor workmanship. Great quality windows. What Ive learned regarding this experience is that if I want it done right, Ill YouTube it and complete the job myself.

Everyone that we worked with on the sales team was very knowledgeable and professional. During the initial quote, they even brought a full-scale window to demonstrate the features and quality. We would also like to share our amazing experience with the installers. Ron was personable, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was absolutely perfect with the installation. Replacing all of the windows and door took them only 3 days and everything was ready just in time for Memorial Day! It did take 6 weeks for the windows to come in, but it was worth the wait. So much easier to clean and the tilt in feature is great. The siding is insulated as well as beautiful. We have received many compliments. Called to have a window inspected as we thought it was in need of replacement. Rich was prompt with appointment arrival time and could not have been more professional during his visit. Sales consultation was great. There is no longer any cold air coming into the condo and the sound reduction quality of the windows is amazing. Their window was much better than the other companies and the Triple Pane window is very impressive.The installers were very efficient and professional. They arrived on time, cleaned up after they were done and answered all the questions I had. They replaced some interior woodwork and it turned out beautiful. The outside metal work also was also excellent and sealed up perfectly. These guys are real professionals.Two of the windows were not ordered exactly to our specifications. I told the GM Richard not to worry about it, but he insisted to make sure we received exactly what was discussed. The new windows were ordered and installed within two weeks. Richard made sure to communicate the status of the order with us during the entire process and make sure he takes care of his customers.This has been the best decision to purchase a product that we have ever made. The salesman we initially met with brought samples and knew his product inside and out. The installers were on time, very tidy, polite, and made sure we didnt have any questions before they left. We went with triple pane windows for the upstairs and they have made a world of difference on hot summer days this year as well as noise reduction. In our search for new windows we looked at 3 window companies. We are confident that our needs would be taken care of and that we made a good choice from the initial consultation with Richard. Their estimate was a little bit higher than the other companies, but their window was much better. It took only 3 weeks to get our new windows installed due to Richard rushed the order because we were moving in and he wanted it completed prior to our move. The installers arrived on time and were very personable and professional. The installation was excellent and they cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with our purchase and new windows. Overall, our experience with Window Depot was fabulous. When we signed the contract to get our windows, Rich from Window Depot was able to have the windows ready to be installed within the time frame we requested. The installation was a fairly seamless process, and the windows are everything we have hoped for. Some of our windows didnt latch perfectly, but Rich came back in a timely manner to look at them and make sure we were good to go. Now our windows are great and we couldnt be happier!

They took pride in their work and ensured we had a great understanding of how the new windows worked. They handled all aspects of the installation with professionalism and cleanliness. We would highly recommend them in the future and plan to have them back to install some additional window for us.

We recently had windows replaced in our home. The entire process did not go as smoothly as planned. After the first installation we were not happy with the product (size of window was incorrect). Window Depot and Vista Windows addressed our concerns and fixed any and all issues we had. After multiple visits to our home, the windows have been installed beautifully. They are extremely efficient. Despite the inconvenience throughout the process, we would call Window Depot for future services as they were more than willing to listen to and fix any problems we encountered. My only remaining complaint is lack of punctuality. We were given time estimates for the installers to arrive and a couple times those times were inaccurate, which becomes frustrating if you have errands to run. Overall, everyone we worked with was pleasant and knowledgeable.

I love my new windows! The noise level is down which was the main reason for having them installed. The appearance, the insulating factor, and the ease of cleaning are all a bonus. The installation was done professionally and the installers couldnt have been nicer. All the people from the salesman, to the office personal, to the installers couldnt have been any nicer and helpful. I would highly recommended this company!!

We are very pleased with both the service and the window. We did some shopping around before we decided on Window Depot. The quality of the window and the price they gave us far exceeded the other bids. And the gentlemen that installed the windows were extremely polite and eager to please. We have thirty-two windows in our house, and they installed all of them in two and a half days. They cleaned up afterwards and all we had to do was enjoy them.

After sitting with Window Depot we learned about Patio Doors and decided to purchase the Triple Pane patio Door. We look at other places and though their Patio Door was a bit more expensive we think it was well worth the investment. The installers did an excellent job and were very polite, they cleaned up everything. We have noticed a big difference with our new door and it is so quiet. Richard came out to inspect the door upon completion and did some small touch up work for us. Window Depot is a great company and our front door is our next project with them.

Really was happy with the whole process of getting all new windows and the price was great for quality Windows.The guys were always here and on time when they said they would be. The two installers and the sales guy were great, friendly and treated me and my home with respect.Overall great experience definitely will use window Depot in the future.
