Both Shawn and Nick have made repairs to my wheelchair in the past few weeks. Both are thoroughly professional, friendly and most importantly, skilled at their work Last year the Akron staff successfully repaired the Joey lift in my van. The office staff are friendly and helpful. Kudos to Millers.

Miller’s is highly professional and makes the process of obtaining a custom powered wheelchair smooth from start to finish. As a new therapist inexperienced with this process, Larry and Scott helped me obtain my first powered chair for a client and took the time to educate and recommend equipment in a client centered manner. The most patient and laid back individuals I have worked with in this industry. Larry is prompt with answering questions at all hours and went above and beyond for me knowing I’m a new grad. Scott took the time to show me how the products are made and never rushed me during the fitting. Scott made quick / creative accommodations on the spot for my client and was very patient with me and responded to any concerns without hesitation. Definitely will be using Miller’s again!

From the beginning to the end of my experience with Millers Rental and sales the outstanding staff treated me with consideration and respect. From Mary the receptionist, also Liz answering my concerns. I was made to feel like an equal despite my disabilities. Larry the home consultant established a working relationship with all of the professionals. Scott delivered my equipment, and explained how to use it, answered my questions, and assured me that the company was going to be available in the future to help me. Shawn the On-Call Tech Support representative went the extra mile, installing an oxygen canister holder onto my Power Wheelchair, and helped me make a referral for a neighbor who also is deserving of a Power Chair. My advice is to forget the rest, and go with the best at Millers!
Visiting from out of town, and I forgot part ofmy CPAP supplies. Was able to get a same day appointment. I think it was Debbie that helped me very through and personable. Got me in and out in no time. They carry Resmed supplies highly recommended.

Debbie at Millers in Youngstown was amazing. Before coming to Millers I was with another company and really struggling with using my mask and machine. Debbie answered all of my questions and explained everything in a way I could understand and made it much easier for me to manage my condition. She took the time to show me options and products that I didnt know were available. She definitely has a patient first attitude and I highly recommend her and Millers as a company for home medical supplies.
Larry explained everything that he did when he repaired my husband’s wheelchair and why it was necessary. He repaired other things which need to be fixed while he was replacing the original items on the work order. My husband greatly appreciated how considerate and thorough he was. He said his wheelchair feels like it is a brand new chair even though it is a few years old.

Larry dye was very helpful with looking over my chair and assessing what new parts I needed since I was ineligible for a new chair. He was very open to answering questions and giving his recommendations to address my concerns. The repair department is highly organized and quick to service chairs. In addition, staff was fantastic in contacting physicians and therapists and I havent had to do anything on my own.
I went in to pick up my Cpap machine.Debbie helped me showing me how to use, clean and set up the machine. I was expecting to be bored while learning how to use that thing and I honestly can say i was not bored at all loved her engery!!! She was so great in explaining on how it worked and would stop to ask if i had any questions. Very professional and did not hesitate to make sure i was comfortable with the mask and way the machine works! I will definitely recommend Millers very friendly and professional staff!
I had been a customer with BMS so I wasn’t expecting very much. However after my first call to them they kept me updated on what I needed to do so I could get a new CPAP machine. They called me at every step of the process and let me know where in the process I was. I worked with Danielle and Tiffany and both were amazing at their jobs. I have told all my family and friends how wonderful they were at resolving my issue.
I went in with no appointment to get a few issues possibly looked at and parts ordered. When i wheeled up to the door Liz and Carla already opened the door for me and after i talked to Liz she went to the back to get Larry. Not even 20mins later both issues i had were fixed, one being just my control needed moved and the other were batteries that they had in stock. Great service, everyone was helpful and very nice, even Bobby( another tech) came out just to see if Larry needed help on my chair. Would definitely recommend if you know or you are in a wheelchair and need it worked on.

If your looking for a friendly and knowledgable staff, look no further than Millers in Youngstown, Ohio !! I have talked with Carla discussing some of the questions I had on insurance coverage on Portable Oxygen Concentrators and Mobility Scooters. Although they are out of network with my current Insurance carrier, it didnt deter Carla from going over the individual process needed for obtaining the previously mentioned equipment. She was like a breath of fresh air after talking for a few hours to those in the health care field that didnt have the time to answer a few questions !!! Since things changed over things arent ever going to be the same. I am stuck with a flat tire and a broken back piece, been waiting 2 weeks just to get this repaired. My first experience was with Heidi and I felt like I was talking to family. She was so helpful, Friendly, and willing to do the grunt work to make my experience a breeze, easy-peasy. I wish i had been working with Joyce Parson 10 years ago. When i got my first machine nothing was explained, i had all this new equipment that was uncomfortable and i had to change it twice on my own until I got it right. This other establishment handed me the stuff and said good luck.Joyce made sure i was comforable in my mask. She made sure i was comfortable taking apart and putting together the machine, and she put me at ease working out the details of my purchase/rental.Thanks so much Heidi and Joyce.
The service from Millers was quick and professional. Carla was my main contact, but Liz and Audrey made sure my concerns were relayed to Carla and my calls got returned. Greg was prompt at getting my scooter back to me, but I disappointed with not having a diagnosis with my unit. I was told my batteries were bad, but testing and the age of the batteries led me to believe the report was not thorough .

I am a COTA/L at Parkside Health Care Center in Columbiana, Ohio. We have a Resident here that has had much difficulty with positioning over the past few months. We called Millers and a custom wheelchair evaluation was performed. Scott and Nick came out to build the modifications to this Residents new wheelchair. This Resident looks 100% better! She is comfortable and able to power her wheelchair on her own now. Both of these gentleman were very knowledgeable and efficient with the job they performed. I can not thank them enough. I highly recommend Millers to anyone needing custom wheelchair designed!!!!

I just received my Jazzy chair today. Liz and Larry were great to work with, Liz never gave up kept in contact with me eben though it took over 2 yrs not because of them but my Drs. Larry called and told me what time he would be here. They installed two new motors and then ordered all new wheels I am waiting on batteries and arm pads that I am sure will be hete soon. Millers provided me with a wheelchair last November. I get compliments on my chair all the time. I am told by medical professionals and tranportation personal that my wheelchair is The wheelchair version of a Cadillac That it is so much nicer then other wheelchairs they have seen or dealt with. The staff at the Youngstown office of Millers are all very courteous and return phone calls in a timely mannor. During the course of owning this chair I have spoken to 3 different Ladies in the office with questions and concerns dealing with my chair. They are knowledgeable and treat you good. I recently had an issue where I needed a seatbelt put on the wheelchair. The tech Shawn McCarthy came over the first time to look at the chair so he could make sure they ordered the right seatbelt for my model. Then, when the seatbelt came in, the office called me and made an appointment to come out and install it for me. He was very respectful of me and my property. He was on time and was considerate of my time too. He explained the process to me while he was installing the seatbelt, he said he was looking at my model to determine the safest way to anchor the seatbelt for me. I appreciate that he took the time to explain things to me, also that he was concerned about doing the installation right and in the safest way for me. That is truely something to applaud. He did a Great job and I am very happy with the entire experience.
