I have never experienced such rude and unprofessional behavior from a business! When I called to inquire about a recent home they were installing a boiler in, the owner ED was so discourteous and let me know by sighing incredibly heavy on the phone to the point I knew I was clearly bothering him simply asking a question! Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere!

Our furnace stopped working the other day and our warranty company had EMS come and took a look. EMS sent Denny and he was great.He quickly swapped out a bad part and put a second on order. Two days later we had another issue with the furnace and EMS again sent Denny who had the issue working two hours later. He was a really nice guy, explained what the problems were and what he did to fix them. He also showed me how to better control my zone system which will result in saving money heating my house.Its unfortunate that some have had bad experiences with this company. If youre having a furnace issue, I would ask for Denny. No question about it. Im glad our warranty company works with EMS.

Have used this company for a hot water heater replacement and a new sump pump. Our warrantly company sent them out and I am always cautious of the businesses the warranty sends out since I dont have much choice in the matter. Each time they have come they have done an excellent job and have been respectful of our hose by cleaning up and not leaning a mess. All work was been completed quickly. I will definitley use them again in the future.

Water tank went out, next day EMS came out inspected tank, gave me a very fair quote, also noted old tank wasn’t up to code. Replaced my tank with in hours with the the brand I wanted. Work was done quickly and up to code. I feel 5 stars are warranted.

Absolutely horrible communication and time lines. I would get one story from the technician and another story from reception. Whenever I would call I was never able to set an appointment that day I had to wait 24-48 hours for a call back just to set something up. They were at my house for 6 hours and could not fix my shower and proceeded to tell me it’d be over 10 days before they could come back. My general contractor came out and had it fixed with in the day. I am staying far away from this company there is no excuse for this type of service.

Terrible, horrific. I used them through my home warranty, the 1st guy shows up rips out my wall and ceiling, leaves the giant mess and says he will be back. ....He needed to get certain tools. He asked me to remove my toilet so when he comes back it will be easier for him.....I DONT KNOW HOW TO REMOVE A TOILET AND I HAVE TO CLEAN THIS MESS HE LEFT!So we had to clean up his mess. He replaced a part from the bath tub that was leaking. Next day, leaking again, same spot. They send the boss/owner a week later and try to collect ANOTHER $100 from the SAME issue . I REFUSED and requested to call the warranty company. He says ok it must be a mistake .He sees no leak, and does nothing, I kept cleaning up the leaking water. I call again because there is visible leaking from the repair that was leaking initially. The first guy that left the mess identifies the leak, and tried to collect ANOTHER $100 claims he needs to add pipe dope to the FIRST repair HE DID because it was tight enough. He CUTS ANOTHER hole on my upstairs bathroom assures my father and myself he will place a plastic over to fix that and the drywall and ceiling. Then proceeds to say he hates doing the dry wall work. And he isnt getting paid because its a call back because he didnt do it Correctly the first time....and his wife is upset he works late without pay...... and it is fixed.... 4 calls and weeks later but.....I have a hole in my upstairs battery wall, missing part of me ceiling and an entire wall plus I have mold growth.....they send my warranty company a bill for an ADDITIONAL $380 TO COVER THE DRYWALL REPAIR AND COVER THEY NEVER INSTALLED OR FIXED. FRADULANT UNTRUSTWORTHY SCAMING WARRANTY COMPANY. And this was over a period of 5- 6 WEEKS.

I always use this service never had an issue until one of there technician damage my property and instead of taking the blame he cursing out and using bad words and then had enough guts to get a copay for something that he didn’t even do,,, boss was calmer than the employee totally unprofessional the employee
