Unclogged our toilet for half the price as roto rooter! Tech guy could have been a bit more friendly to my curious little boy but overall very happy with the service!

We have used Morris before so naturally our inclination was to call again. We called on Thursday to get our septic tank pumped, they said “anytime between now and Monday” as a window. We told them that they had to call half an hour before arrival so someone could be there. So we went the weekend with no plumbing till Monday. By Monday at 5 no one had ever called or shown up (had someone at the house the whole time. We called and were told that they showed up and beat on the door and no one was home... which was a lie! Because when you go somewhere for an appointment that was given a 4 day window and you show up and no one is home you call! There are cameras installed and no one showed up. We were told they would send someone out by 5 Tuesday, guess what... Tuesday no one showed up! They said Wednesday they would show up... by this point I’m convinced no one works there or has the common decency to call and say they can’t do it or can’t make it given they were told the plumbing was not functioning. I called toms sewer and septic and was told they would come out that day... guess what... they showed up to pump the septic and were half the price of Morris and I didn’t have to deal with the grumpy attitude! Problem still wasn’t fixed but they sent the drain guy out the next day within an hour of me calling to trim the roots out of the pipes! And best yet, they were over half cheaper than the $250 Morris charged me to trim my roots the last time! I have heard Morris often doesn’t show up to appointments before but had never experienced it until now... no one ever called me back from the office either day! If your looking for any plumbing help call toms, they actually showed up and everyone I experienced from the pumped and plumber to the lady on the phone was nothing but kind!

Morris Drain services are the best!! Great service, honest and clean!! Ive had a lot of drain services over the years but Morris beats them all!! Reasonable prices as well!! I will recommend Morris to everyone I know!

We have called Morris drain on many occasions to help unclog some very old drains in our house. They always are over the same day within an hour of us calling and are friendly and knowledgeable about what they are doing. I have never had any issues with them.

I have used Morris drain in the past and they resolved my issues. Currently having issues and wanted to hire them again but whoever the person was that answered the phone was not professional nor personable...I am not a plumber and he/she(could not tell the difference) acted as if my questions were asinine...Good service but poor customer relations service. Will take my business elsewhere

Very rude individual came to service our unit. We were given a time frame of 2 hours with a call 30 minutes before arrival. He called us at 8:07am and I arrived 8:27am. I find nobody on site and I call the individual asking where he was? His response was“I have other jobs to do, I don’t have all day to wait here”. I arrived within 20 minutes of the phone call with 10 minutes to spare and the individual did not turn around and come back. Very rude and unprofessional will never consider calling again.
