We rented a cotton candy machine. The pickup went well. Once I got a moment to set it up and ran a batch through it smoked and smelled funny. Took it apart and there was rodent feces everywhere in the machine. The owners response was to cancel the rental and say Ill counter sue to the our option to report it to the board of health. This was after saying he didnt think there was anything more he needed to do for the people who may have consumed anything from his device and offering no apology. I will never rent, or send anyone to rent from any of these locations ever again.

My experience at Rental Corral -Gypsy was interesting.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this was an absolutely horrible experience! We rented an auger that didn’t work. When we took it back and told the manager it wasn’t working, we were told there was nothing they could do and still got charged for the rental! I’ve never experienced such awful customer service in my life and I’ve been in retail management for over 12 years. How do you justify paying for something that doesn’t work?

It was an okay visit! Quoted 1 price and reserved equipment for following weekend with the employees recommendation of a Saturday pick up & return Monday morning for a 1 day rental fee. However, when I went to pick up the equipment I was given a different price (2 day rental.) I questioned him on the difference & it was changed to what I was quoted. They did give me a quick training lesson on the equipment which was extremely helpful! 2 🌟 because I felt he was trying to pull a fast one because I am a female!

I rent from them weekly. Never had a problem. I give them a call a couple of days in advance to confirm the equipment is going to be available the day I need it. Get there, pick it up and pay. Never have any hassles or problems.

The service was horrible and took forever. Was billed for time that i didnt even use the machine for and owner was a real jerk. Machines are junk and they dont maintain them.

Horrible customer service. Called about renting 24 chairs a month before my event. I talked to supposedly the manager of this place asked him prices verified how many chairs,price etc... the total for 24 chairs only came out to $15 and some change. He than proceeded to tell me I had to put a deposit down of $20 I asked him how that would work seeing as how he would than owe me about $5 his reply was it would be reimbursed the day I brought the chairs back. My daughters birthday party(event) was on a Sunday I asked him when was the EARLIEST I could pick them up based on the 24 hour rental he than said sometime Saturday night. Didnt bother to tell me that I had to pick them up before 5 and that they were closed on sundays and I had no way of getting the chairs I had already paid more than I was supposed to pay because of the deposit. I called that day and again the next day and left messages with no reply. A few days later I called again,talked to the manager who proceded to tell me they wouldnt even give me the extra $5 I was over charged. He ended the call and said he would talk to his boss and give me a call back... that was a month ago. They have Horrible customer service and common manners. Definitely would never recommend this pathetic excuse of business.

Was very happy with the bobcat in the prices when did over the weekend to help build a pole barn on building for myself
