John and Boardman Subaru went the extra mile.We called ahead and John personally detailed it and had the car ready out front waiting for us.Recently purchased a used car off their lot. The vehicle had not gone thru their shop when we made the purchase. They still replaced 4 tires, new alingment, oil change, brake fluid flush, and replaced the spark plugs!

First off, I love my Subaru. I have zero complaints, 5 starts all around. I loved mine so much that I took my son in less than two weeks later and he purchased one too; different style. I really like Jared Czarnecki, our salesman. I give him 5 out of 5 starts too. But overall I’m being fair with a 4 start review. Firstly, I felt that our trade value was really low. I know my car had an oil leak that needed repaired, but that same car they gave me $7k on trade is listed by them for $16k. I took a $2k hit on my trade-in loan. My sons car they were willing to give scrap money for and we retained it and it sold for $3250 outright. Secondly, I went with my son to help him get his car, thinking I needed to co-sign for him. We didn’t find out until after we signed half the loan papers that his credit score was higher than mine and he didn’t need a co-signer. Now I am locked into his 5 year loan until he trades up. Overall I would do business with Jared again. I’ve referred a few people to him. I love the Subaru safety features and feel like my car makes me a better driver.

Oil change, tires rotated, tire fixed that had a screw in it and new wiper blades all done in a short wait -they also washed the car- also had a piece that was knocked of under my seat they fixed for me. Very happy with all!

Well....to start the service center set up was confusing. I asked for a tire alignment and to see if they could figure out why my coolant was going down so quick. Other than the coolant my car was running fine. I get an estimate back for $10,000. I only paid $6500 for my car. However, they still could not tell me where the coolant is going. This is the third shop I’ve taken it to in the last week and what they told me honestly sounded like complete BS. My friend that works on cars also agreed what the quoted me was unbelievable. The man couldn’t even look in my eyes when he was telling me “it’s in bad shape”. They also left my trunk open. I will never be taking my car here for service again. I also won’t consider purchasing a car here. I thought dealerships were more reputable but apparently not.

I recently got a new car. Overall great experience with Kevin. Easy to work with through text/phone so I didnt have to spend so much time at the dealer. I made an appointment to test drive and the whole process ended up taking longer than I would have liked but it was a busy Saturday. The negotiation part was non existent which was nice but leaves me wondering if I got the best deal.

Saturday afternoon, stopped in for questions on an oil leak on my newly bought 16 Crosstrek. They took me right in. Turns out the dealership I bought it from doesnt know how to torque an oil drain plug or how to change a gasket. So they changed my oil to include drain plug gasket and torque. Plus tire rotation and multi point inspection. They also saved me a ton of cash for an extended warranty. I had been shopping around, and they had the best price for time and miles. Yes, I will let them take care of my Crosstrek.

Upon picking up the car Janji went over all the details and features of the car with us. After we had the car and a chance to drive it we had an appointment with Dina the Delivery Specialist who has been so helpful answering any questions we have had after getting more familiar with all the fun features!
