This karate studio is awesome! Even though the Instructors are quite strict they are really nice! I would 10/10 recommend this to any other kids that would like to start karate. This karate doesnt just treat you like a student they treat you like a family. I used to go a different karate school, but when I went here it was like a new experience!

This studio is the gold standard in karate teachings in the tri-county area. My son had been a student at one of the other area schools for years where you pay ridiculous fees to learn a few basic moves over and over, never really learning the art of self defense. With American Karate, you learn everything. They teach you karate the way Bruce Lee had invision the art. In my sons class, many police officers often take the same course to be able to take down a person without excessive force. At American Karate, youre not only a student, they really make you feel like family. My son has had numerous health problems in the last few years and the class has gathered around to take him out to dinner, to a pro-kick boxing fight and other outings to lift his spirits. These are the most wonderful people and I am so happy that Ive found this fantastic place for my son.
