Katie was very thorough in explaining what Molly Maid was all about and their policies. The ladies who did the initial clean were very thorough - cleaned in places even I didnt think about cleaning!! Their standard cleaning ever since has been in every niche and cranny - really enjoy not having to clean anything except spills in between times.

We have been using Molly Maid for several months now. Becky and Tiffany are very professional - yet very friendly and pleasant - and do an awesome job. We have no problem having them clean while we are not home and lock up when they are done. I have been extremely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend Molly Maid.

Ive used Molly Maids for years. I love that the team shows up at the same time every 2 weeks. If I have an issue, I can contact the office and they handle it...but, its very rare. It takes a few cleaning sessions with your regular team until they get familiar with your wants/needs, but once you have a good team, its golden. I appreciate that they are insured and bonded so I never have to worry about trust issues.

After Molly Maid came in and performed their deep clean, the house looks Great and the people were very friendly and took pride in their work.

Consistency of high quality service experienced again from Kate, who answered the phone with a pleasing and welcoming tone to Team 4’s (Tracie and Carrie) quality cleaning services. Tracie and Carrie cleaned my mother’s home as if it was their own – thorough. Team 4 did not rush to get their cleaning tasks done. Carrie, a military veteran, systematic approach to each room was immaculate. Observing Tracie clean and polish the cabinets made me tired but she did not miss a spot and was like the energizer bunny – just kept on going. I am satisfied because of the attention to detail, friendliness of service, and awesome performance. I liked the quality control person, Linda, who stopped by to look over the work and checked on my satisfaction of the services – very pleasant surprise. I have already scheduled a Fall cleaning without hesitation and requested Team 4. The military has Seal Teams to handle tough jobs to protect the country, but I have Team 4 Cleaners who will handle the tough challenges of cleaning. I believe Tracie’s and Carrie’s motto – “We Leave No Dirt Behind.”

Gals wore gloves and shoe coverings and masks aanddid a complete and thorough cleaning. I felt completely at ease and they were very Professional.

The crew is reliable and always does a great job; I love coming home to a sparkling house on the days that a cleaning has been done!

I have had Molly Maids come to my home for over two years. They always do a fantastic job. At times I leave special requests and they never have a problem completing the projects. They meet my expectations each time they come. Our cleaning team is Sarah and Amy. They are great with our animals. They are very outgoing. I would recommend their service without hesitation.

Our regular team (of the last 6 months or so), Misty & Cherice, are always on time, friendly, kind, and courteous to myself, my family and my pets. We are so lucky to have them! They do such a great job managing the cleaning services in our home and I would recommend them highly. Today, Linda joined them near the end of the cleaning and was very pleasant, as well.

Molly Maid has been cleaning for me for many years and they are wonderful. Being a busy working mom, I would rather spend my free time with my family and do things that I enjoy rather than cleaning my home. Having Molly Maid come in and do this for me is fantastic. The girls are very efficient and friendly. I never have to re-clean after they leave. And, If I ever do have an issue, which is hardly ever, if I call the office they rectify it immediately. LOVE The Ladies every 2 weeks. They do an excellent job. With 2 dogs, and a 60 hour work week, they get to all the things I cant. So worth it to know that they can get to what I cant and I love knowing the deep cleaning is done, and my free time can be spent with my grandchildren!

Molly Maid really disappointed me. I hired this cleaning crew for my mothers home, as she is hosting my family for several weeks. Things happen and while there was a mistake made and a plumber needed to be called to my mothers house, I was shocked at the inconsideration that the owner provided in response to their mistake. She did not apologize, nor did she feel she should provide a credit for the service that day which was interrupted by the clogging of the disposal. The lack of consideration by the owner of this group is the reason I will not contact them or refer to them in the future. The leader needs to be professional and courteous at all times and that is part of the service.

I have been dating my boyfriend, Clint Chamberlain, now for about 5 months and found out he uses Molly Maid Services. I was a little hesitant at first, I thought it would be awkward and just strange having someone clean your home. They arrive at the time that is designated.I do not stay at my premises when they are cleaning. If I could give zero stars, I would.The owner came to my home to give me an estimate. We went thru each room in the house discussing what was included in their services and what I needed done. Afterwards, I sat down w/ the owner and went over pricing. It was agreed that due to the additional time and cost, I would not have the linens changed on my 4 beds, however the beds will be made. We agreed to have the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, family room, and dining room cleaned. I scheduled the cleaning for 2 days later.When I returned home, I was shocked and angry.We specifically discussed how the bedrooms will be vacuumed, beds made, the furniture dusted, the trash bins emptied, the family room glass coffee table wiped and carpet vacuumed, dining room rug vacuumed, and dining room table wiped and chairs brushed off. Additionally, I was told my fireplace ledge will be brushed off and my entryway from the garage will be vacuumed.I cannot emphasize enough how each of these cleaning chores were specifically discussed and agreed upon. Absolutely none of this was done.The cleaning team could not even be bothered to pick up a stray dryer sheet in my hallway.I spoke with owner the next day and was essentially told that none of this was included.I found the owner to be misleading and dishonest, and do not recommend this business.

My home always is so fresh and clean, and my bathrooms sparkle.The ladies have also been so kind and friendly to my entire family, it is a pleasure to have them come to our home.
