I only talked with one person at the Youngstown location I was referred to. Kathleen was so helpful. I could email and call her about any questions I had and she got back to me ASAP! She told me everything I needed to know about the job I was applying for and I have been here for almost two years now!!

Have applied for multiple positions over a 10 year period and staff right has yet to call me about ANY jobs in my area! Constantly call them only to be told that the job is no longer available, only to hear 10 minutes later that it still is on the radio. If you dont want to help people get jobs, then shut down already. Horrible service, horrible staffing service, horrible customer service.

WORST COMPANY EVER, they don’t give you all yo money and work you to death.
