We called them for a last-minute professional cleaning service for a small area and they were incredibly helpful and came the next day. We are so grateful for their service and overall sweet demeanor. I highly recommend them in every way possible.

Decided to use another carpet company this time around. We have 3 younger kids, 3 dogs. Everything came out very nice & nothing resurfaced. We will be using them again in the spring.

I have 2 very large dogs. They are both inside dogs. They track mud in and out of my house and had the house smelling quite a bit. Jim came out and did a remarkable job. My house no longer smells and I couldnt be happier. I will highly recommend Tender Touch to any of my friends. They were professional and stand behind their work. How many carpet cleaners do you know that would actually follow up to be sure the smell was gone. I had guests coming from Florida and he made sure everything was perfect!!

He did a great job on my sectional and carpets. With 2 small children and light colored carpet and furniture, there was a lot of work to be done. He got all the stains out, didnt rush, and was very professional. I was very pleased and will definitely use again.
