These guys know how to do it right, would not hesitate to have more work done. Hopefully will get some more F150 upgrades soon.....

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL. My boyfriend went up to get his previous remote start looked at because it was no longer working. They told him it was fried and that he would need to get it replaced. When they gave us the quote to replace it, they didn’t say anything about it being a different brand or type of remote start. Shortly after, we called back to ask if they had other kinds of remote start that they installed. They told us that they only worked with 1 particular type, ( which was not the remote start they gave us a quote for) so then asked about the estimate they gave us previously and the man on the phone started getting rude and yelling at us on the phone. It was ridiculous, I truly don’t understand why asking a simple question caused the man on the phone to react in such an unprofessional manner.

Guys that own shop are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We take all our equipment here to be up fitted. 1st class service all the way. From bedliners, ladder racks, shelving and 2nd row seating. You come up with it and they customize it!!

Had a remote start installed. Before I took it in never had any problems with my car. Once they installed the remote start battery kept on draining. So I took it back in they told me I needed a new battery which I bought. Still the same problem. I replaced the alternator twice still the same problem. I took it to the dealership and they started the wiring on the remote start was incorrect. Will never recommend or take any of my vehicles there. I took my other cars to a place in Niles Ohio called auto evaluation and they gave me an up dated remote start with gps app for way less price than what I paid here.

Very unprofessional took my car up there to have my remote start looked at they said they could replace it. And when I tried to make an appointment they told me it had to be a different remote start and started yelling at me over the phone because they didn’t specify that they were going to put a different brand of remote start into my car. Then hung up on me

Honest family ran business. Old school for sure which is so hard to find for sure anymore. The dad and sons I met were all so friendly as well as the lady I also met in the office. The workers are great also. The one female worker made a Taco Bell run for their lunch and took my order to. I cant say good enough about them. If that wasnt enough their mothers name is my moms. Talk about a sign from above. Two days away is my moms birthday and to learn she shares a name with theirs was Amazing.. if you lost your mom you understand that any sign is so comforting. Back to the business. Awesome like I said family ran old school. Society needs more of them.

I have been doing business with Tim and Mark for years. The quality of their work is top notch. They are not the least expensive, but you get exactly what you pay for. I highly recommend this shop.

I had a water leak in my back windshield. The auto glass shop would not repair due to the vinyl top, so they referred me to Cyclone TNT. They were able to do the entire job in-house. The seal is now good and the interior is dry, not a drop. The price was a bit high though, and it was about $50 more than the estimate. But, the quality seems good and my problem is solved.

I had used Cyclone to put new LED headlights in my vehicle. Worked good for 2.5 yrs. They went bad so I had them order new $200 LED lights. After I got the lights in the right headlight stopped working after 2 weeks. I called Cyclone and they said they would get back to me...meanwhile I had a car with no working passenger side headlight. During this time I contacted the dealership and had them order HID headlights which were installed for $150 worth of labor for removing the bumper. Still no call call back from Cyclone after 2 weeks so I called them back and asked if they knew anything or if I could get my money back for the headlights that werent working. Well they told me yeah there is nothing we can do for you. We arent giving youre money back you could swap them out for other lights but we arent giving your money back. I cant afford to keep having new lights installed every 2 weeks because their product doesnt work..at $150 worth of labor to have the bumper removed every time. I was at least expecting them to say come and and we will see if we can do something for you but nothing...they havent even reached out. Very bad customer service. I really expected more. Dont recommend them to anyone.

Repaired drivers seat in 2007 jeep grand Cherokee. The price was reasonable and work quality was excellent. The color match was good considering the age of the vehicle. I will definitely consider them for other work that I need done.

I had to take my Car to Tim and the guys at Cyclone after some vandalism ruined my interior. I Looked around and asked car guys and neighbors where to go and everyone said Cyclone. They all said he is the best in the State and theyre right.I got my car back today and I am blown away. He worked with my Insurance Co which was a huge relief and weight off my shoulders. He got them to replace my ruined fabric seats with custom leather. So now i have 2 custom leather seats. The Interior carpets, dash, console were all completely stripped out and either replaced or cleaned. He even got me new factory floor mats and fixed a hole in my top, unrelated to the vandalism. They went above and beyond my expectations. The workmanship in the seats is unreal. Its hard to find true craftsman nowadays but the leather work, design, stitching is perfect.Having your car vandalized and wrecked sucks. But Tim and the crew at Cyclone Auto Interiors eased my mind and now its better than new.THANKS GUYS!!!!C.Williams
