Individuals who are serious about starting or advancing their small business are driven and motivated; the personnel at SCORE are neither.I contacted SCORE in Youngstown, OH a month ago from today for an in-person consultation and no one has scheduled a meeting even after an email change with a real person. Their automated email said, SCORE will attempt to contact you at least 3 times via email or phone, or both, over the next 2 weeks. This did not occur.If you are going to rely on this organization for guidance on your next step forward, your drive may hit the brakes. To prevent SCORE from dampening your fire, I recommend trying sources from your public library such as the NOLO series of books or other online videos and webinars.
