Beth always does an amazing job and everyone there is so friendly

Heather cut my hair and she did an incredible job. She did exactly what I wanted and it feels so much better. The salon was clean and everyone was friendly. I used to go to a different cost cutters but after this hair cut Ill be going back to Heather.

I have been going there for years and love it. The girls are wonderful and I am so pleased with Beth. They are all great but I have gone to Beth for years.

Barb is a great stylist. She listens and asks the appropriate questions to make sure you are happy with the results. The whole staff is friendly and fun. The prices cant be beat for such great service. Most inexpensive salons are in and out fast and not much attention to detail or your overall experience. Its different here, the Southland Crossings location is great!

Jen is great. Always polite and professional and happy. She is my favorite !!

I was lucky to have Heather give me my first haircut in a year. I’m trying to let my hair grow and she did everything that I asked and more! She was friendly and talked me through the haircut, letting me know exactly what she was doing. I will definitely be returning to her!

Beth is absolutely wonderful! She seems to know exactly what you want and need for your hair..I have very curly hair and its hard to find someone that can cut curly hair and she is amazing! No one else has cut my hair in over 12yrs!! Jenn and Heather are all so good (other family members favorites) but everyone at the shop its friendly and so welcoming!!

Due to Covid-19 the salon is no longer accepting cash. This didn’t effect me but there were others customers that it did. Not everyone has a credit card nor the extra cash to purchase and a temporary card. I really hope management reconsiders this limitation.The shop was clean and well organized. I got in on time for appt with Jenn and as always she did and awesome job!

We were in from out of town, Jen and the team got us in quick for a last minute eyebrow wax - for a wedding. I wish I knew the guys name who did them but he was excellent! Wish I could use them again but we don’t live here.

Friendly, professional service

Heather is AMAZING!!! My son has been very fearful of haircuts lately with a couple bad experiences of getting nicked and she takes her time and is incredible. All 3 of my kids go to her and they love her and talk with her the whole time, she’s really good at putting them at ease and asking them about their hair goals. Every cut has been incredibly successful and stress free!!!

I had made an appointment with Jennifer. Taken right on time. She always does an excellent job with my hair. Im afraid u may lose business due to lack of customers being g able to walk in.

The worst place to get your eyebrows waxed. The woman with curly hair and glasses does not know what shes doing. She made one brow thinner then the other and trimmed them with hair cutting scissors, which is unsanitary and against State Borads rules.

Always get my hair done by Jen, Beth or Lori they are the best
