I called this company and explained the problem were having with my Moms Kenmore washer. Based on what I told him, the tech told me its probably not worth having someone come out and attempt a repair, better to just replace the unit. He could have said that after the service call, but let me know beforehand and saved me the money of a service call. Its rare to find that kind of integrity these days. The next time Im in need of this kind of service, this is the guy Im going to call.

My dryer wasn’t heating so I gave this guy a call. He showed up when he said he would, and was literally in and out in less than half an hour! You can also tell he was a real humble guy who takes pride in his work. I would not even hesitate to call him in the future.

VERY!!!!! Unprofessional the owner came for the call to fix my dryer. When he arrived my dryer wasnt spinning and thats all that was wrong with it. He took my dryer completely apart DID NOT CLEAN! It CLAIMED THERE WERE 5 things wrong totalling 189.00$ he broken the front of my dryer and left my bathroom a complete mess. When called he stated he would not come back to fix the front that HE BROKE! I would not recommend this business to anyone!

Pro-tech is the only company my family trusts and thats what we have relied on them for the past 20 years. Great customer service and honesty of the company is why I recommend them to anybody I know that needs heating/cooling needs. The last time I had them out they could have sold me a new central air unit but did not. Instead got my compressor working again and saved me a ton of money. Also Rob is my go to guy at the company.

My appointment was at 9:00 a.m., Rob arrived at 8:55 and completed the job and out the door by 9:15.THIS IS THE MAN TO CALL. My oven had broke he looked said it was the ignitor, very courteous, careful, professional and reasonable and had the job done in no time at all. I called yesterday to have my garbage disposal looked at after trying all the things suggested on You tube. I was able to get an appointment for today and Rob was here on time wearing a mask. Thank you! He was able to fix the disposal quickly and only charged for the house call.I will certainly be calling him back the next time there is an appliance problem. Thank you Rob!

I highly recommend Rob from Pro-Tech! Over the past three years he has repaired our furnace, air conditioner and just recently our refrigerator. He usually sets up a time to come to your house the SAME day you call him. His prices are extremely reasonable, he’s very knowledgeable and does amazing great quality work. He usually has the parts with him to do the repairs (which is awesome)! He’s very personable, kind and honest. Would never call any one but him to do repairs on our appliances!!!!

Unfortunately he was unable to repair as it was the transmission, but that was valuable knowledge for me have. Thank you!

Pro-Tech promised to come repair my clothes dryer within an hour of my call. During that hour, he called from the parts store to be sure he had the correct model number. Arrived on time, and fixed the dryer, plus diagnosed and corrected a noise wed had for months. His price was fair, his attitude was great, and he was obviously knowledgeable. I had struck out with a few other repair services first (including the manufacturer, Sears) but I will call Pro-Tech first every time from now on! Thank you for your great service.

Rob is an expert in what he does! I just bought a house in Youngstown and the furnace does not work. I am new there so I made about 15 calls to heating companies/people around to find one to help me but either they charge ridiculous price or they will not schedule the appointment after 2 weeks while the temperature outside is 0 degree! I was so lucky I called Rob! He came to see my furnace the next morning and it took him only 5 minutes to find the problem and another 10 minutes to fix it. It was not a simple problem, my husband knows about furnaces and could not fix it himself! His price is also unbelievably reasonable. He himself is also a super nice man! I will definitely call him again for all my appliance needs.
