They were friendly, on time, and worked hard, but our floors were so bad we stopped halfway through and hired someone else to redo them. Lost our 50% deposit and had to start from square one. I can only imagine from the good reviews others have given that this must have been a fluke. If all their floors were this bad they would not still be in business. There were sanding marks everywhere and uneven and patchy stain and even footprints.Update: Contrary to his response we did not walk on the floors while wet, and had no need to even long after they were dry, as we have a second staircase. The footprints were in the stain on the way out the front door. But those werent as big a deal as the sanding marks and lack of uniform color. I was trying to be kind in my review, as they seemed nice and hard working, and I can only assume we got a fluke botched job, but we were extremely unhappy to be out $500 and have the inconvenience of starting over.
