There is a girl at the desk that was very disrespectful. Young girl. She is the first point of contact. She should be respectful and professional. I informed the Doctor and she stated she would take care of it. I came back again and she was even worst. Does anyone know the head of this program? I would like to file an official complaint. If you as a business cant control your first point of contact how can you control your sessions. Run from this place. They deserve a zero.

My experience here has been extremely disappointing. The staff members are not qualified, and lack the empathy required to truly assist people in the recovery process. Also, I had personal matters to attend to prior to a meeting, which landed me at the facility about 3 minutes behind schedule. They refused to allow me to join the group at this point for “insurance” reasons... I do not recommend going through the Pennsylvania Counseling Services program.

My wife has had very bad experiences especially when filling monthly medication. Called last week so they could get meds filled ahead of time. Went to pick up the prescription today. The day before it usually is filled every month. The prescription was not there. She called and talked to Solange (who is Mrs Huttons secretary) and was told she would try to get in the prescription today. My wife was very upset and scared and told them they would need to figure it out. She was then hung up on by the secretary. Very unprofessional. We will be switching offices as soon as possible if this situation is not addressed.

Great place! Helped me a great deal! I continue to go there and wont go anywhere else! I have to sat great nod to Cassidy and Bianca! Plus Dr. Wit man and esp. Dr.Potts.

They will not call you back even though youve been trying for a month. Oh and the best part is, they will tell you that they have been getting all of your voicemails.... very unprofessional.

Excellent facility. I was able to quickly start seeing someone and the staff is nothing short of amazing. I have been seeing Renee Trombley for months now and I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Worst experience ever does not matter what your drug or alcohol use in your past may have been they will recommend intensive outpatient counseling its all about what they can bill your insurance for. Then they will threaten you with calling po if you dont agree and pay them. Kelcie is the worst of all

Totally unprofessional and money based all about drug classes even if u are not there for that i wasted 60$ for no therapist when i left
