We have had an absolutely phenomenal experience with Inchs. The customer service, communication, and lawn care are top notch. The staff really goes the extra mile for their costumers, and thats just one of the things that really sets them apart from other companies. Our lawn was a first year lawn FILLED with aggresive spreading clover, patches and builder grade seed. Within one season, our lawn has taken a complete 180. I have attached a few pics for reference. Overall, we have been very pleased.

As I was starting to mow my yard this morning, noticed my grass was dying. Had weed control applied in mid July by Inch’s Natural Lawn Care. I sent a text to Luke with a picture showing the lawn. Within an hour he was onsite looking at the issue. Turns out I had an infestation problem with sod webworms, which were essentially eating the root of the grass. Luke sent me information what sod webworms are and how they damage your lawn. Luke recommended an insecticide treatment to eliminate them. Originally Luke stated they would be there next day to spray, however within an hour of leaving he sent a text and told me someone would be there by the end of the day. Ryan Smith showed up to apply the treatment that afternoon. Very friendly! Would definitely recommend Inch’s Natural Lawn Care as they are very knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for their customers! Tough to find business like this anymore. Highly recommend!

Amazing service, I have used numerous different spraying companies over the years and none compare to Inches. They use the best products and the results are amazing. Ive used Inchs for the last 3 years... they are absolutely top shelf! They have helped us achieve an incredibly bright green and totally weed free lawn. Their team has a great understanding of soils and lawn treatments, when to fertilize and with what, how to eliminate weeds and the timing for applications! Inchs was referred by a friend as we were looking for some lawn love without using a whole bunch of chemicals. Working with James was a breeze – he was informative and even offered landscaping ideas well beyond the scope of the project we were considering at that moment (we were interested in adding some native PA shrubs/trees to our yard and James was well-versed in pollinator-friendly, non-invasive varieties to consider). All in all, Inchs was a great choice for our lawn care.

I have tried several lawn care services in York over the past 20 years. None of them could eliminate my crabgrass problem without me spending $4,500 or more for the overseeding approach. I decided to try Inchs Natural Lawn Care.They have a pre-emergent and post-emergent concept versus overseeding. It is part of the program, no additional $4,500 charge. I am very pleased with the low cost and natural approach Inchs utilizes. They are very professional and give you 24 hours notice that they are coming. Prior lawn care services would show up Friday afternoon, unannounced. I typically had to chase them away because I needed to mow that day.After two years using Inchs, I have the best looking lawn in the area.

I used their service for over a year and things were going good until the last treatment of the season. I requested to be contacted before the last application was to be put down so I could get my leaves raked up. They showed up one day unannounced. I sent several emails and phone calls to the office and never had a return call. I would not recommend due to this.

These guys know turf! The summer heat and lack of rain really stressed my yard. Ryan Freed came out and spent an hour with me walking the property and diagnosing what was happening to my turf. I was impressed by his knowledge and his recommended treatments reinvigorated my lawn and it has never looked better. The inside staff is also wonderful to deal with. September 7th 2020 under RYAN FREED knowledge company sent an email blast to current customers offering Aeration and Seeding for the fall which included a price. Typical bait and switch ilegal tactic by Inchs only for customer to call and Inches offer same service at a higher price! Company needs to be exposed with local authority and stop taking advantage of current economic situation. Voicemail left by Ryan Freed on 9/17 basically says, oops we made a mistake with that email but we can offer you a good deal? Zero responsiblity and blaming someone else. INCHES ownership panel instead of getting educated on watering grass needs to take a class in good business ethics.

I have never used a lawn care service before. After starring at our yard of weeds and spotty grass over the years ive had enough. I called inches and spoke with James, He came out first thing the next morning and described the services they provide. once the weeds were sprayed, yard aerated and seeded within weeks we saw a difference. James is a professional and we will use inches every year. We also had our trees sprayed for lantern flies which worked great too.

Luke helped me understand the options and billing and explained the service to me. He was very helpful!

I never had a lawn service until I hired Inchs Natural last year. Their applications quickly got rid of my weeds and my grass is greener and healthier than ever!

I started using Inchs Natural Lawn Care about 5 years ago when we moved into our new home at the time. To say Luke and his company had their work cut out for them is an understatement. At the time, we lived on the golf course at ODCC and the lawn was in terrible shape. I am a lawn guy and curb appeal is extremely important to me. Luke and his team understood the challenge in front of them and my high expectations for his company to have my lawn look as plush as the golf course. HE DELIVERED! Luke and his team went above and beyond and I was more than pleased (no small feat). My family and I have recently moved, and I made two calls immediately after moving in, one to the current lawn maintenance company to let them know their services are no longer needed and second, to Luke and said get started! He knows what needs to be done! This company is a stand up company with a lot of experience! They have proven it time and time again! I highly recommend the team at Inchs Natural Fertilization for any yard - big or small. Luke spent over an hour with me on our initial consultation to go over our property and discuss our concerns. And the office provided good communication when the service applications were scheduled.
