This recent carpet cleaning exceeded my expectations. Between cats and kids, the carpets were pretty stained, but Mark did an excellent job getting them looking great again.

Very professional and a great job.

The carpet in our rec. room is over 30 years old. We were going to remove it but it had been glued to the concrete floor. It had also been blessed by our dog and even though I had tried DIY treatments on hot humid days you could still smell his blessings. Thankfully, M&M was able to treat the carpet and as you can see from the pictures, it looks brand new!! Even over the high traffic area! I would definitely recommend them!

Mark came out yesterday and cleaned the carpet in our three bedrooms. We periodically use the do it yourself type carpet shampooers but it is amazing how much more he was able to pull up out of the carpet. He is very knowledgeable, detail oriented, and personable. He’s more than happy to answer any questions and gave me lots of useful information like how detergent that you use in shampooers leave residue that makes the carpets worse. I am very happy I went with M&M Chem-Dry, and I absolutely feel I get my moneys worth. We will be using you again in the future!

Mark from M&M Chem Dry came out yesterday 5/7/20. He arrived on time and was very professional, even had his quarantine mask (I wore one as well while he was here). He explained the process and technique Chem-Dry uses, provided an estimate and got to work quickly. He did an amazing job! Carpets look and feel great and dried quickly. Mark was very prompt, called before arrival and was very good with communication and his knowledge of the cleaning process. He described every step of the process and showed the progress as he went along. It was 2 rooms and some stairs which took about 2.5 hours. Mark got a lot of very set in pet stains out. The carpets look so much better than they did and I learned a lot about cleaning the carpets as well. Thank you Mark for such a great job. Mark was here to clean our upstairs carpets. He arrived on time exactly in the time frame between 8:30 and 9AM we asked for. After he introduced himself and asked a few questions, he measured the area for cleaning and gave us the total cost up front. This I really appreciated because theres nothing worse than getting it all done and find out it costs more than expected or anticipated. Mark was personable, attentive, and efficient. He did a terrific job cleaning the carpeting as the carpets are aging and he made them look fresh and new again. I also have a dog and cat and vacuum regularly but I was amazed by how much hair he was able to lift from deep down. Disappointed! We only had one room to clean. One run through and he was done. High traffic areas look exactly the same finished as they did beforehand. Will be own my knees scrubbing now.

They did a great job on our ultra-suede sofa. Our dogs have gotten old and have had more than a few accidents on the furniture. My husband says Mark was professional and efficient. I was pleased with the improved smell and how the sofa looked when it dried. Ultra suede is not a very forgiving fabric yet the results of the cleaning were better than expected. The price was much better than what I have paid before for cleaning same sofa.

Although the pricing and professionalism were very good the chemicals used left a residue on the living room floors. The technician continually stepped on the carpet with his shoes as he was cleaning it?. I used their in home option which may have been a bigger mistake. I would not use them again or recommend their services in the future.

Mark and Mary are fantastic! They are reliable and very courteous. Its not a bother having them in my home. What theyve done to my carpet and area rugs is amazing. With two pets in the home, its hard to keep things clean. But, theyve managed to leave my home looking and smelling like brand new (even with canine diarrhea issues upstairs.) The cleaners they use are all non-toxic, and with the type of extraction method they use, everything was dry in approx. 2 hours. My home feels soooo fresh! Thank you Mark and Mary! Mark was great & explained the whole process in dearth. He had great tips and recommendations as well. We just moved into a home and the carpets were looking a little rough. I reached out to Mark, scheduled an appointment, and had the appointment within a weeks time. He gave me a two hour time frame in which he would arrive. On the day of the appointment, he gave me a call when he was 20 minutes out so that I would exactly when to expect him. When he arrived at my apartment he came in, looked through the apartment and measured it. He then got his equipment and went straight to work. He was quick and efficient at giving the entire apartment the cleaning it needed. He was also very friendly and informative regarding the Chem Dry processes. If i were staying in the area, I would definitely use his services again, and recommend that others use M&M Chem Dry!

I love when Chem Dry (Mr. Minnich) comes to clean our carpets. They always look new, smell fresh and absolutely beautiful. We have 2 dogs and a cat and I vacuum at least every other day. Our golden retriever loves to roll around on the carpets and sheds tremendously. So cleaning the carpets is a must. Thank you for taking the time to make them look great.

I was extremely satisfied with the service provide by M&M Chem Dry. We had them clean and sanitize 2 mattresses for us. One of the mattresses had been in storage for almost 5 yrs and was not wrapped, and had a blood stain on it. M&M was able to get 70% of the stain removed and did an excellent job cleaning and sanitizing it. I highly recommend them.

Chem dry came to help me with cat urine soil on my carpet, sofa, and basement concrete. He was very knowledgeable and helpful about how to prevent future soiling. Did a great job on our carpets, even managed to get my spilled paint stain out. Also just recently had a dog that had a accedint on our mattress and they did a great job, removed the odor, stain, and santized the mattress.
