I worked for this company and they provided a lot of benefits, but punished employees for using them. I was fired for a minor role infraction shortly after using a bulk of PTO for military service and to visit my newborn child in the NICU. There was no complaint made by the family, and SAM did no investigation into the situation. They used anything they had as an excuse to push me out before I cost them money by using PTO. If you are reading up on the company when considering applying, I urge you to keep looking.
