You are basically on your own, meaning having the freedom to do the job on a responsible level. I have been all over the country from 08-10, and a short comeback in 2017, the pros of the company is the health benefits, 401k matching, per diem for when you are on campaigns, far from your home. The hotels Ive stayed in were nice, especially Extended Stay America.This is a fast pace, sometimes campaigning assignments change on a blink of an eye, but the more you do them, the better you would like the work. Everyone from the Operations Management Team, Human Resources, and to the awesome team in Las Vegas are helpful if you need them.Bottom line, if you want to travel, meet different people, go to awesome campaign spots and can be away from 30 days to a couple of months, please apply here. I regretted not staying, but i enjoyed the years i had here.
