This was my first visit with Hudson Valley radiology. My entire experience was positive and professional. I had an x-ray done of my right hand, Mike the radiographer was extremely thorough, Professional and courteous! The reception process went extremely smooth as well.. I would not hesitate to return to this practice in the future! If anyone needs an imaging place I highly recommend Hudson Valley Radiology.
I have been going to Hudson valley radiology for years. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful. As for the radiology tech, she’s the best! Every woman I know dreads going for a a mammogram, but I just have to say I don’t. It’s so easy and fast. I have always had a great experience with the whole staff. I highly recommend Hudson valley radiology.
I go to the Yonkers Avenue location. I was greeted warmly by a lovely receptionist. I filled out my forms and then Marsha came to get my to do my mammogram. Marsh was ABSOLUTLEY lovely. Very kind, caring and exceptionally thoughtful. Marsha was very thorough and professional.This is why I go to Hudson Valley Radiology. You cant beat the convenience. However, I would not continue to go if the staff wasnt top notch. I have always had a wonderful mammogram tech. Always, its why I go there. I went to another mammography place in Manhattan for years. It took all say the technicians were brutal and flat out nasty. It gave me such anxiety. It was an awful experience I am so glad I no longer put myself through that. I am so grateful that I found Hudson Valley Radiology.
Always many appointment slots available and they validate parking. The staff are friendly and professional. Ive taken my elderly mom who suffers from Alzheimers and they took extra special care with her. Im not the easiest person to deal with but I find their care,concern and overall customer service to be consistently excellent.
Initial processing was quick and I was called within 15 minutes. The ultrasound technician was friendly and thoroughly explained the procedure. Once it was over she made sure I understood the process involved in obtaining the results. I really appreciated her concern and professional attitude.
This facility is very clean. All of the employees that I encountered were friendly and professional. I usually go to the New City branch, but since the Yonkers one is closer to my home, I thought Id give it a try. I was very comfortable. I liked that theres a parking lot. The ladies at the front desk reminded me to get my parking stub validated so that I got my $3 back from the attendant. I truly appreciated that gesture.
Hudson Valley Radiology made me feel incredibly comfortable. My nerves were so bad on my way there and I came in front of Terry who was so very friendly from the start to the end. I cant say enough about how amazingly friendly she was. Most receptionists arent so welcoming so I couldnt believe how sweet Terry was. Then I went to the back for.my MRI and Rich was equally nice. He explained everything to me since Id never had a MRI before and he too made me very comfortable. If I ever have to go for a MRI, Catscan, or any related test itll be at Hudson Valley Radiology. I hope this post make others feel that they should go there too.
I had to visit Hudson Valley Radiology at the Yonkers location for additional testing after my annual mammogram. So of course I was a bit worried w concern.I found the ladies that greeted me at the front counter very friendly and pleasant. The technicians were also very friendly and comforting.Introduced themselves and walked me through the process.The DR.actually looking at the test results also came and followed up.I was very pleased with the overall experience.
Staff was very professional, efficient and welcoming! From reception to procedure, I was made to feel valued, and at ease. Very eager to answer all questions I had and very thorough in asking my history at each juncture of visit to ensure my wellbeing. I had a CT SCAN WITH CONTRAST. Quick and painless! Would recommend this facility to everyone. Plenty if parking and you get your three dollars back when you validate your ticket.
My experience with the Hudson Valley Radiology Yonkers Avenue team; was great. From the moment I walked in the women at the front desk were friendly, informative and helpful. The man who preformed my MRI can only be described as kind. He was super nice every step of the way. He made sure that I was okay going into the machine and coming out. I was very pleased with my visit at Hudson Valley Radiology. Everyone was pleasant and made my first experience a good one.I didn’t have my ID and insurance card but the staff was able to use the information that was sent over by the referring MD. This was my first time here and the lady at the front desk was very nice, she let me know why it was a delay with my appointment. They had to verify my Insurance because i go through a broker which is very Unusual. The place was very convenient to get to. I would like to go there again for my Mammogram, if my insurance will cover it.
Excellent service. All staff took care of me promptly and in a professional and courteous manner. Courtesy parking in the lot is a nice bonus, but I wasnt informed about it until I had paid the parking meter.
Today was my first time getting a breast ultrasound and I felt extremely comfortable with the technician and the doctor. They were both women and explained everything in detail. The office is clean and parking is available in their lot for convenience.
Upon arrival for my Appointment I signed in & waited a very short time. When I was called the woman @ the reception was very thorough with my admission & I was called very shortly after that. The gentleman who gave me my ct scan was also very thorough & before I knew it I was heading out the door. It was a very pleasant experience overall...thanks

I had my annual exam done today and it was the smoothest, calm visit ever. The woman who gave me my exam was extremely pleasant and a pleasure to have met. Its good experiences like this that will ensure my annual visit without a doubt. They are truly professionals and I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Very quick place, i went there on a Saturday morning I was afraid that I was gonna spent a lot of time waiting but I was done within 30 minutes despite the fact that the place had about six patients already waiting. The reception desk agent was very nice and polite, helped me fillout the form. Also the technician that brought me in was very nice and fast. Made me feel very comfortable and explained everything well.
I have been using the 955 Yonkers Avenue facility for many years (annual). I would recommend facility to everyone. The facility provides prompt service and are very accommodating. Do not have one negative thing to say about the facility or its’ processes.
I got an MRI done today; this is not my first time here and its the only place I will get my diagnostic tests done.The staff is always very professional, helpful and the place is always very clean.There is parking on site and its pretty easy to find.

I had Rich do an MRI on my back and I couldnt have been more comfortable. extremely professional, explained everything ahead of time and while he was doing it. answered all my questions while being very pleasant.
Great staff. Came in for a cat scan and the staff were quick and efficient. Was seen about 10 minutes after the scheduled time. Technician running the car scan machine explained what to happen. No stress. Facility was clean and well maintained.

My appointment was for 2:30pm. I was seen at 2:30 No waiting. The office e staff was polite and checked me in very quickly. The MRI tech was very polite and answered all my question. I would recommend Hudson Valley radiology without hesitation

I had a bad experience with the parking attendant insisting that I pay $3, I had no cash.he insisted that I leave. The 2 woman at the desk were so nice. The woman on the left I think her name was terrie, gave me a dollar in quarters. To help me pay for the meter. She was so pleasant and helpful. Then my doctor gave me the wrong referral and they stayed on the phone with my doctors office over 20 minuets to rectify the situation. Top of the line customer service

Great technician. She discussed with me about the thyroid guard and showed me my mammogram pics. She explained and showed me the dense area and why its recommended when you have dense breast to follow up with an ultrasound.
My experience with HVR has always been positive. From the from the front desk to the technician, the staff is pleasant and professional. They are on time and efficient. I wish the silly parking-validation fee was eliminated but otherwise a pleasant experience.

The reception was very friendly and curious the and fast to help me. The radiologist was very nice & took his time to explain to me why he was doing the different angles of the x-raysThe whole thing took under 1hr. I will be glad if I have to visit them again
I was told to come 30 mins before my appointment of 9:15 am and I arrived at 8:19 am but waited a full hour before I was seen by the staff at the checking desk.The MRA was done very professional by both technicians and over in 1/2 an hour.I suggest your staff up front move a little quicker. My time is just as valuable as theirs!Thank youArlene

My app. was at 7:30am. But I walked in at 7:55am. The front desk ask me for my name. She said your app. was at 7:15am. I said no 7:30am. She said with a dam face I dont think you gonna be seen. I hold myself back not to argue with her. (The office was empty with just a man sitting there). It was not a professional way for her to tell that. There was no other woman there to be seen as yet. She went on the phone and said the 7:30am is here. Then two min later she called me to ask me personal questions. Those questions are on paper work that it coudve been given to me to read and answered. (They couldnt wait for me to get the hell out of there. I couldve read and answer it myself). It a bother me because there was man sitting next to me and he heard all the questions and answers. The lady came out with a face too at 8:04am the one t bar called me in. We said good morning to each other. I was out the door 8:14am. And the waiting area was still empty. Even the man wasnt there. So why would the front desk comment (I dont think you going to be seen). My test was given to me has professional has it could be.

Nice people, efficient, clean & Hudson Valley MRI is more reasonably priced than getting a routine MRI at a hospital - so if you want to help keep medical costs down or you are private pay - its s good option. Gave me disks on the spot unlike some hospital affiliated services where I have had difficulty getting copies & had to pay them.

First they cancel my appointment that I had to wait two weeks to get and the day before my re-scheduled appointment they call me to tell me that there are never any appointments on Fridays for ultra sound and didnt know who in their office gave me the appointment, then I had to reschedule it and had to wait over a week for another appointment. Each time I had to re-arrange my work appointments which caused conflicts with my job,I recommend to everyone to use a different radiology group, which there are quite a few close by. I used for years Hartsdale Imaging and NEVER had a problem and will go back after this.

Anna from the Tuckahoe Westchester office is not meant to be in healthcare industry. Front office staff are supposed to make patients who are already suffering at ease. I was scheduled for an appt that all of a sudden was in conflict with X-ray machine maintenance. 1) I should not have been scheduled at that time in the first place 2) the X-ray maintenance slot could have been moved 3) they could have waited for me to get to the appt before starting the maintenance. It was inconvenient as I not only just had knee surgery on both my knees so am experiencing ambulatory problems, but I had made as much as possible accommodations and rushed my PT to make the appt that they moved up by an hour and a half. By the way, they had notified me of the maintenance just 2 hrs before when I just was about to start my PT. When I got there, I waited in line for about 15 minutes and then I was told they had just begun the xray maintenance and I should have gotten there earlier. Anna was defensive and unapologetic and lied to her manager Paula. My mother who was with me corroborated the fact that Anna did not call to advise me of any further changes and yet still Anna claimed she tried calling. My phone logs say otherwise. Also the reason I could not make a later appt was because I had another doctor appt 45 minutes away. The X-ray was needed for that appt.
The ladies at the desk were so helpful and very polite that is very rare nowadays at a doctors office I put two hours on the meter after I went in filled out papers got x-rayed and left I still had 142 minutes left on the meter whoever thought you would be in and out of the doctors office in 15 minutes with everything done and a good experience even the x-ray technician was a very nice person I would highly recommend this place

The two stars are there bc I liked that the information they gather when booking the appointment is use to generate an almost complete registration sheet upon signing in! That alone however was the only thing that went right with the appt.1. Upon arriving early to my appointment, despite there only being one other person waiting to return papers to a clerk, we both waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. I waited another 15 to be called to begin registering. The place was EMPTY. And eventually there were 2 clerks behind the desk, yet it took twenty mins to begin the check-in process.2. When I returned the papers to clerk I was informed the X-ray tech was running late and would not be arriving for another 30-40 mins. I was given the option to go to their Tuckahoe location which was only 15 mins away . I agreed, but when they called their Tuckahoe Office, to refer me over. That office said no. Clerk informed me it would probably take longer to go there and wait instead of waiting for their tech to arrive. Since the reason I was there was a rule out Pneumonia I agreed.3. After I settle in to wait another 30 mins, the clerk comes over and says oh btw there is another pt ahead of you, so u may have to wait longer then 30 mins to be seen. I thanked her, and truly appreciated her honesty. But the room was empty so how did someone get ahead of me???4. The tech never apologized for being late!! Listen we are all human and all know sometimes things happen and we run late. A simple so sorry to keep u waiting would have been good. He looked wrecked and sloppy, so my guess is he was probably did not care. Test took 5 mins. Hurrah5. The parking lot was another waste of my time. One has to pre pay in cash only. If u remember to validate the stub with the Doctor. You take the stub back to parking attendant and he returns the cash. Why cant we skip the paying part altogether?? The whole experience left a lot to be desired. However tyvm to the person who booked appointment on the phone and the clerk at the office. Both were professional and gave great customer service .

They were able to see me wiyhin a half hour of my call for an appt. I waited only 10mins and was seen. Xrays done in a few mins. Badabing I was done and outta there. Nice reception ladies. Clean place. Low wait time. I would go again.
