My first time calling the location, I spoke to a gentleman by the name of Vinny, he was so professional, and helpful in his information. He asked me to come down, and I’ll put the truck on the lift and take a look at it. Vinny and Tony couldn’t be more honest, they fixed my truck, and that’s what it’s all about. I went early, & prepared to wait all day if necessary. Though incredibly busy, they fit me in, did a good job, were reasonably priced, and got me on the road by 11a.m.

Honestly I was scared of where to go so I went to the dealership. Overprice and took 6 hrs to do a 2 hr job. Secondly they didn’t do the job right. Went to these guys in Yonkers they recommended what to do. They said it’s better to get new rotares and pad instead of resurfacing them like they did at the dealership. left my keys and they told me they will keep in touch. 3 hrs later they said the job was done and gave me the best price. It was half what the dealership charged. They had coupons and lifetime warranty. If your scared of going to a shop for your brakes I highly recommend these guys in Yonkers they will take care of you

I was very pleased with the service I received. I had an oil change appointment at 1pm in the afternoon and even though it was very busy with cars being worked on my car was taken in and immediately serviced at my appointment time. I was done and gone within 25 minutes. My coupon was honored without a problem as well. Great value, speedy service so I was happy. I will continue to give this location my business!

Great experience scheduled my appointment online the night before and when I arrived after a brief wait my car was taken in and serviced. The cutomer service was great very professional I would definitely recommend them to others.

I made an online appointment. Had an oil change and brakes replaced front/back and rotors. It took a couple of hours. They advised me to as soon as I told them what I needed done. I hate when they tell me wait and make me think it might be done fast which wasn’t the case here. I went to this location because my brother had a recent great experience. His ac stopped working and the car was overheating, they suggested the least expensive fix and the car and ac are running without problem. Most places we have been in the past overcharge and dont even fix the problem. So happy with the service. The prices are just right. Will be returning in the future.

Hands down the best mechanic Ive ever met after 14 years of driving! This is where Ill be taking my car for everything.This place is amazing. Ive gone to several mechanics in NY over the last 10 years and have been overcharged every time, so walking into this place I was a little tense. I ended up paying $195 total for labor and parts. I needed a flex pipe (part of exhaust system) after mine broke when I jump a curb (to my credit, the curb was under a lot of snow!).Vinny is a personable guy wholl greet you and set you up with a cost and time estimate. From the jump, he helped ease my tension because I could just tell that this wasnt a guy who was out to get people. I didnt get the name of the man who repaired my flex pipe but he was also kind enough to show me what a flex pipe was and let me take a picture of my broken one (I should have asked for a picture of the fixed one!).

Vinny helped me out by with my rusted out connection between the catalytic converter and the resonator pipe. One of the mechanics cut a section of pipe and welded a new pipe to both existing sections and welded two new hangers. The job was done very professionally, very quick and great price. I’m very happy I went to this Mieneke Care Center. John

I contacted this location after getting my car service for an unrelated issue. My ac literally stopped working. Everytime I called I got Vinny, he was kind, patient and very accommodating. Upon arrival I was great by Vinny, it was nice to put a face to the rep on the phone. He connected me with Dave and we began or AC assessment. I am not a mechanic but I am familiar with tools and fascinated with the trades. He allowed me to be right there as he recharged the ac and checked for leaks. A little tightening and bam we were done! They both were very kind and I will be back for future services. You always need a mechanic that follows an ethical code, I found them yesterday.

I have been going to them for decades and have been thought 5 car they have repaired all my cars and my most recent car has been around for 14 years thanks to them. If you get a new used car, take it to them for another persons perspective on how good the car is they will always be honest.

I got to this meineke shop kind of late in the morning. Because of that, I was expecting to wait a while to have my brakes serviced. The shop owner was able to fit me in quicker than I thought which helped me immensely cause I had a lot of things to do that day.

Sofar, I love this Mineke the young gentleman behind the counter had a good sense of humor and hes kept me abreast on my car needs and I during especially this pandemic were still dealing

I went in there around 12:30 p.m. for an oil change. I was surprised that I didnt have to wait a long time. They were fast and efficient less than 20 minutes I was out the door. I will be returning for future oil changes.

I never leave reviews but not only did I get greeted within 5 mins of being there.. they had my oil change done in 45 minutes and didnt give me a 20 minute speech on the 8373 point inspection I need done. I was just so impressedwirh the lack of pushiness I just cant speak highly enough

Tony and the guys were great. One mechanic figured out that I was there for tires before I even spoke to Tony. They were fast, helpful and courteous. Looks like a lot of Honda owners bring their CRVs there.

Fastest I’ve ever been in and out a car repair shop. I went for a oil change and didn’t even know how bad my tires were until the guys in there pointed it out. They didn’t pressure me into any purchases or additional repairs, at all. Good set of mechanics in here, and great customer service.

My experience was one of horror. I have an extended warranty and the shop wanted to charge me additional charges outside of my $100 deductible. The person working there got me so stressed and made statements to the effect that he didn’t want his business to have to”eat the costs”. He made it seem like he saved my life by not overcharging me more than my deductible. He is brash loud, and arrogant, and I will never do business with this shop ever again.

I came here one time a few months ago and it was Ok They did my oil change and gave me a new battery, now it’s time for a new oil change and there’s something else wrong with my car I booked and appointment and showed up a little late because I work over night than the guy vinny or whatever said they are too busy come tmr which I didn’t mind because I was late so he booked me for 12:30 today and I got there the father in law was there he didn’t know what he was talking about and said they so called can’t help me because they busy I made an appointment!!! And they over charge the old guy doesn’t know anything about cars and doesn’t know what he’s talking about. That’s very unprofessional on vinny and the father in laws part they lost a customer I’ll never go to this shop again👎🏽

5 stars all day. The crew that works here cares about their customers. I came in for a simple oil change and a few other items and I was helped and serviced quickly. They even advised me of a couple of issues that needed to be addressed that I otherwise wouldve missed. I highly recommend this location and this is my new mechanic. I would trust them completely with my vehicle, no questions asked.

I have been dealing with these fellas for years and I will never go to anyone else. These guys are amazing at what they do, they are honest and loyal. They treat their customers like family and don’t see us as money signs. Most people will tell you something need to be fixed when it doesn’t and they will take their time on their uprise to get more money out of you. Not these guys. Im wary of the pricing at this particular Meineke dealership.the man on duty knew nothing about the coupons that I presented to him and then quoted me a different price that was listed right on the mat on the counter quickly taking the mat and hiding it and charging me a different price saying he would check into it with his son the following Monday. All in all the experience was extremely unprofessional I asked him about why rewards had not been added to my account and he stated Id have to speak to his son on Monday I dont think Ill return to this site again. 😲 I even wonder if they did put oil in it I did watch them rotate the tires though. Now the senses on my four tires do not work and the oil gauge does not work on the car

Took my car in for a rotted muffler.. had to change out the entire piece.. I was in and out in an hour and a half and included waiting for the part to be delivered. I feel I received excellent and timely service. Will def use this business again in the future.

I went in 2017 for a new muffler, works fine. Went back 11/30/20. Needed a minor repair to the exhaust. They are nice, havent had any issues with service or their work. Just wished I had been offered the coupon at the end instead of having to ask for it. Hopefully I wont need any more work on my car but if so I would still go back to them.

This place is pretty good. The service is timely and the prices for parts and labor are excellent. Even if you don’t get your car repaired here I believe they tell you what’s wrong with your car for free. Appointments are not really necessary. If they don’t see you that day, they will definitely be able to see you bright and early the next day.. I have no complaints...

It took from abt 10 am to abt 2:15pm. They were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

They put the wrong radiator in my car, causing me to overheat several times. I maxed out my tows with AAA. They said the radiator came from the place they ordered it from boxed wrong. They also filled up the coolant reservoir to the top. Coolant was spirting out of my radiator. Turns out, the radiator for my model of car does not have two caps. You fill it through the coolant reservoir. After weeks they figured it out and gave the the right radiator. Customer service threatened to void my warranty because I had the audacity to take my car to another mechanic to figure out what was wrong which cost me $1000. They refunded me $65. Just the facts.
