Service has always been slow here regardless of ownership, but now that Papé owns the business, they wont sell you parts without setting up an account. I want to shop local and have been willing to pay more to support local businesses, but they shouldnt need my contact info to sell me a mower blade. Im done trying to do business here.

Staff knows what their doing very informative. They try to look at a part you brought in and know right away what you need . Always smiling and easy to talk with, their prices are reasonable.

Picked up a used riding lawnmower here, everything about the process was excellent - salesperson was knowledgeable and helpful, stayed in contact while it went through the shop and got things fixed up, and it runs great.

Needed belts for my X300R tractor mower. Had them and the idler pulleys. Saved $200 - 300 by doing it myself. LIKE NEW AGAIN.Nice guys there in parts. Got a pointer from the Service Dept too.

Had my John Deere riding lawn mower steering repaired here. The deck was left unattached to the frame on one side, several washers and a cotter pin were missing. The bracket holding the deck to the frame was put on backward and the deck itself was 1/4 inch higher on one side than the other when I got it back. Mowed twice and on the 3rd attempt to mow the steering broke again. I will never have them fix my rider again.

After speaking with Rhett, I was reassured that he would go the extra mile to get me the item I needed. Not only did I receive the correct item but I had a fabulous experience with Rhett. The customer service is above the rest. From the service department Ryan, and sales Rhett they graciously took my calls answered all my questions and if they didnt have an answer at that time would call me back with it. I drove 5 hours to get to Yakima and the paperwork and tractor were ready to go. They walked me through and around my new 5045E explaining and showing the functions. And the same with the paperwork. I would definitely recommend them and will definitely do more business with them in the future.

We bought a 2020 John Deere tractor loader and backhoe, the salesperson was awesome the sale went flawlessly! They delivered it the next day, Ive already put eight hours on it in 2 days cleared and graded 4 acres and laid 2 culvert pipes, couldnt be happier, thanks guys.

I bought a mower at Washington tractor in Yakima. I won’t make the same mistake again.

Bought a 300 series lawnmower 9 years ago. Awesome tractor and cuts good. However they put the same k46 transmission that they put in their cheaper lawnmowers. For that they get the big boo. However I had to replace the k46 transmission and I needed the mower back asap....their service was impeccable! The mower works good now and their turn around with pick up and delivery gave their service an A+. Thank you Washington Tractor!!!! The only thing john deere could do is install a k66 transmission and it will last a life time....

Broke down in Zillah at gas station Jake pulls up in Washington Tractor truck and saves our bacon with out us asking could not have been more thankful this is the kind of employee EVERY business owner wants to have on staff......Great job Jake

I had some serious issues with an old Italian Rototiller. These guys went above and beyond on how they took care of the situation.I started working with Joe in service and then Ryan the manager ended up helping me with the final solution. Long story short, they did me right and I look forward to the next time in their establishment.

Our salesman, Mike Snow, was friendly, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and got us the best deal possible on our new tractor. Would recommend Washington tractor for all all of your tractor needs.

I recently bought a Fimco 40 gal 3 point sprayer from Washington Tractor Yakima location,I got to use it one time before tank started to leak, made a couple calls to the sales person that sold it to me and to date no return call, what I found wrong with the sprayer was that when they assembled it they never tightened the bolts so when I used it with the loose bolts the weight inthe tank caused the poly tank to tear causing a bad leak, now I wish they would of left the assembly for me, buyer beware
