Bob is awesome. I went in with a major computer issue, a day and a half later, I have a new tower and new operating system. He spent an hour with me going over the new system. When I got home, I had another issue and he immediately got in touch with me, walked me through it and issue was solved...BOOM!!! Very affordable, worth every penny!!!
