I have taken a variety of clothes here for alterations: multiple formal gowns, pants, casual dresses. I have always been impressed with the quality of the alterations. My gowns were shortened with the utmost care, retaining the flowy nature of the designs, even on slippery satin/silks. I cannot recommend their craftsmanship enough! The only issue can be catching them when they are open (especially if you work M-F 8-5), so always be sure to call ahead to confirm. They have graciously stayed open a few minutes past 5 to accommodate me. They are a wonderful resource for our little town!
Awesomeness!! Excellent, very professional work! Highly recommend!
I’m not from here and I’m used to getting alterations to done at Nordstrom, and I can say hands down, Hans is the best tailor in Yakima! I went to several other places in Yakima and all the other tailors were gave me grief and being rude quite frankly and were trying to charge me a lot for a simple Item I needed fixed. Took it to Hans, and they were very kind and were spot on with pricing, I was extremely impressed! I’ve been back a couple times since. Great people, I wouldn’t bother checking the other places out, this is my new “go-to”.
Great seamstress, detailed in execution of work and customer service is excellent!!
The shop threw my item in a corner, on the floor & when my wife went to pick up my item not only was the job not done (late anyway)..The refused to give her my stuff and double billed me..For a job they didnt even do and they were very rude to my wife. Never going there again and I will not recommend this business to anyone for any work.
Took my sons lettermans jacket to have 5 patches applied. 1 to sleeve and 4 others to body. The jacket does have the zip out lining to make sewing easier and less expensive I am told. They charged me $85. For that price the work should be impeccable. It wasnt. The stitching was crooked and ran off the edge of the patches in places. Poor work that appears to have been rushed and they charge 2-3 times more than other places in town. I confirmed this by calling around for quotes and talking with people I know. I recommend Coralies in Yakima. I was told she does very professional quality work by friends who use her and the patches would have cost $30-$40 instead of $85. never going there again and will not recommend them to anyone.
The best in town!!!!

This lil Asian gal is tops!..absolute best alterations in town hands down, Ive tried many!
