The technicians are very kind and competent. My mom is very afraid of needles and the technician was gentle, reassuring and quick. I’m grateful they are sensitive with folks who need it.
We have gone through PAML for a lot of testing... but recently found out they are very OVERPRICED by no less than $80 on certain tests when compared to other local labs. Now I wonder how much I have wasted going through them.
I would give no stars if possible, last year in September I used them for some blood tests, they billed my insurance for three of them but for some reason forgot the fourth test, now fast foreword to May I start getting a bill for that 4th test, I call and tell them to bill my insurance, they said they didn’t have the correct address to bill them? Hello how’d you bill the first time or any other time I’ve used them, I have my insurance call them, give them the address and fax number to bill them the lady was rude and telling me it was my insurances fault, yet obviously pamil forgot about that other test, my insurance paid for the first three tests, this has been an on going fight with pamil with me and my insurance calling them several times a month trying to straighten it out, they lie and said they sent my insurance the bill and my insurance never responded, which is funny because this test is the only issue I’ve had, I’ve had other blood drawn from a different company and several doctors visits that have been paid by my insurance company, or re priced, the lady I talked to said she would put a hold on my account tell this resolved and guess what I got in the mail today, a letter stating this has gone to collections!!! The staff In billing obviously can’t do there job and there customer service sucks, I well never use this company again for me or anyone in my family and I well let my friends know as well to use a different company to save themselves money, stress and wasted time on the phone with rude people.
