I have never gotten my car detailed before, but I am now a huge fan! I’ve had my car 4 years. The back floor was covered in hard to get up dog hair. There was food, dirt, and junk under and between seats. I was embarrassed to have anyone ride in my car. After Pro clean was done with it, it looked brand new inside and out! I would highly recommend them!

Even though they did a pretty good job, they did not fully disclose my price until I got there. I was told there would be an additional $50 for animal hair!! $50? If I had known that, I could have easily vacuumed that up myself. Because I waited nearly a month to get an appt, I had no choice at that time.

In my opinion, George and his team at Pro Clean are the best in town. Ive been bringing our vehicles here for years and have had a great experience each time. Theyre friendly to work with and will have your vehicle looking better than new. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Pro Clean to anyone. Thanks for taking care of our trucks!

The job was well done and for a reasonable price. The owner was very professional and mindful of my time. Also very friendly and answered all my questions for I was not sure about getting my car’s engine detailed.

I told her, Truck Detail at Pro Clean Im really happy with the excellent detail job Pro Clean did on my off road truck, they made it look brand new, its shiny clean under the hood, inside the cab and the the exterior looks like it just came from the factory.This is the 4th time Ive taken a vehicle to Pro Clean and it wont be the last. I recommend Pro Clean.

You didnt do the detail that took 4 extra days to get my car originally (this is all through the dealership), there was candy wrappers in seat, change and hair ties found after the new used car detail. The door jams were not touched. Received a text message with the wrong time scheduled for ceramic coating. Took it back for a prescheduled and then rescheduled ceramic coating and you kept my floormats. 😮🤔🙄 I think thats 3 strikes.... fortunately Hahn corrected the error for me, which improved your rating. Thanks Hahn for taking care of your customers!

I called and made an appointment for an interior and exterior detail that ran about $204 after tax and all. That part was nice and easy. The day after I picked up the car I noticed that they didnt clean the trunk or the rear deck. This was an inconvenience because it required me to make another trip to the detail shop after they already had my vehicle for a whole day. I dont see this service being worth $200 so I wouldnt recommend this place.

My family has used ProClean for quite a while. Each time we are very pleased with their work. They are a professional timely courteous and really do a great job. I really would recommend them for anyone needing to detail their car. Great group of people.

I never take my cars anywhere, for good reason, but I heard good things so I went against my judgement, dropped it off picked it up the same day, when I got into my car the seats looked great and most of the interior was clean well, I looked right at the column and totally missed that spot, when I got home and expected my car the next day (had a funeral the day I picked it up) I noticed what looked like metal shavings and wires, looked to be like from a wire wheel, all over my car, Idk how that would happen, but it did. Not happy about that at all. Also, underneath the engine it was just sprayed off, nothing was actually wiped down, I wouldnt leave a review cos this seems like a 80-100$ slack job, but I shelled out $200 for this? Go elsewhere if you want some quality detailing done and not a turn and burn station. Staff was friendly, but the work was mediocre at best. Would like to post my pictures, but it doesnt seem to let me. 🤷🏻‍♂️

I bought my wife a detailing for her birthday. I thought it would just be a vacuum and shampoo but it was so much more! It took a little longer than expected but it made the interior look brand new! Super happy with the final result and I will be back too have them do my car

Had my wheels restored here and they did a great job for a very fair price.Understand these wheels have not been touched since 2001, through mud, snow, boat ramps to salt and fresh water with no more then a drive through car washes, they look brand new and they stand behind their work.

Decided to get my vehicle detailed at ProClean after reading reviews that this place was decent. After getting my car completely detailed inside and out, went home and walked around my car to check it out and see what they did. Floors in the backseat actually looked dirtier then they did going in, I had drip spots from product they sprayed inside that they didnt clean and it doesnt look like they put any protectant on the dashboard and it looks super dried out. Had wax spots all around the car they hadnt wiped down...I truly would not recommend this place unless youre desperate.Wish there were more places that detailed vehicles here in Yakima.

Very impressed (again) with Pro Clean today. Having found that (because Id neglected to clean them during the winter) my aluminum truck wheels were badly corroded from road salt and brake dust and I feared Id need to replace them. Pro Clean guys said it was iffy but theyd try. In just 15 minutes, employee Christian had them shining brightly for a modest cost. Impressed with this crew - try them. Youll like the experience!

Amazing job!! Loved the guys working, helpful with transportation back home and to pick up car so they could work on, very friendly, professional. We took our car. They do a good job on the inside of the car. But if you want your car to look seamless on the outside go elsewhere. They did some touch ups on my car, but I washed the car 5 days later as it has rained and their touch up washed away. Leaving the car as it was. In my case it wasnt worth my money.UPDATE: Kudos to the Pro-Clean staff. I received a call after leaving my review. They claimed that they will make it right for us. I moved my rating of 1 star to 3 stars due to their willingness to follow up. It says a lot about a buissness when they try to make things right. I will do a final review update after I take my car again.

Dont bring your car here!! Horrible customer service! Someone throw up in the backseat of my BRAND new car. They had to redo the vehicle and wasted a whole day of my time. The first time the vehicle had throw up still visible on the door panel and seat. Upon arrival for the second time the vehicle was still covered in throw up. The back seats still had throw in them. Underneath the seats there was still throw up on the carpet. The carpet had not been cleaned minus maybe a vacuum. The car still smelled like throw up. When I politely confronted the manager he didnt care and was unapologetic and charged me full price. I went home and cleaned it myself. Took me an hour to clean throw up from under the seat and pop off basic plastic panels to clean. Cost me 152 dollars for a VACUUM. what a joke! If I could give them zero stars I would!!!

Brought my vehicle here today because someone had vomited in the back seat. Picked it up and my husband had to point out some crumbs and vomit on the seat belt. Mind you they charged more because of the vomit. Once I drove off I realized there were no mats. I called and was told they were in the trunk. As I was driving, i could still smell vomit. As I was putting the mats back, I could see there were still either areas that had not been cleaned or just lazily clean. I just called them and left them a voicemail. Waiting to hear back.Received a call first thing the following morning. We brought the car back in and they were more than willing to make it right. Just followed up again yesterday. We let them know it still had a lingering smell. They offered to have us bring it again but I think it might just be the freshners used. Frustrating that we had to bring it back but glad they were more than willing to make it right.

Took a friends 4x4 ford in to be detailed. it had been parked in wiely city area, outside for over a year. It had been under attack by the elements. it sat near the irrigation sprinklers and was water spotted.ITs OWNER is a Boeing employee and I could not have him be embarassed by the condition of his truck.Long story short: Pro clean brought this truck back to BOEING PRISTINE condition. Ive taken my car in, and they did awesome! I just purchased an older truck a couple of months ago, and the engine looked like it came straight out of a wrecking yard. I thought what the heck, and took it down to see what they could do for me. You cant tell that the engine compartment isnt brand new, it looks like it just came straight out of the factory. Great job guys! I will continue bringing any vehicles I have to them first.

These guys are awesome and have excellent pricing and they will come through for you almost every time and if the cant, theyll help you find somebody who can. I had a nice big rock chip in the windshield of my car and these guys fixed it for reasonable price, no problem.

Brought my truck in they did a very satisfactory job. A little spendy but a good job, they did forget to clean 1 wheel, but when I pointed that out they took care of it asap.

Tried to get the headlights on my car polished. They were too busy.

Dropped off my 16 Subaru wax Sti and man was I impressed. Nothing but outstanding service. I felt very comfortable dropping it and when it came for pick up time it left me in awe. They went the extra mile without me asking, touched up a few spots to make the car extra saucy. Interior as well, leather looked brand new and the carpet was very well vacuum including in-between and under the seats. also a former smoker here and man did they get that skunk smell outta there haha. Definitely well money spent.

I had my crossover interior detailed they did and ok job on the panels but my carpet only looked surface cleaned. They specified deep shampoo on the carpet, but when I looked at the sticky spots that I knew of they were still there. Also when I flipped over the middle row seats there was still crumbs and Staines.For $158$, I expected more than what I could have done at the carwash.

Sele and the guys did a great job with my Gl 450! I had a dent in a place I thought would be impossible to fix and now its hardly noticeable at all!!! Very happy with the service!! Quick and professional!!

Took my vehicle in on friday and I was pleasantly surprised, I was expecting a really clean car but not only was my car super clean, they made it look like I just drove it off the dealer. I highly recommend this business and in particularly the two fellas who cleaned it. They did a superb job on my car. Big thank you to joel and marco. I recommended my friends and family from the lower valley to go see you guys!

Very positive experience. They repaired my scratched aluminum wheel and told me if there is a problem to bring it in and they would take care of it for me. I will go in occasionally for a wash and wax and at times a detail. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!!! If you actually want your car cleaned--- DO NOT take your vehicle here! Extremely rude staff... Brought my new car here for a full interior detail & paid $152. Had to ask for it to be recleaned after I arrived the first time & the employees just stared at me as I was politely pointing out the vomit that was all over the door panels, seats and carpet. After I arrived the second time, the carpets had still NOT been shampooed and there was still throw up on the carpets & smell had not been removed at all. Manager did not apologize for inconvenience or offer a discount, despite the car still being filthy. Overall extremely disappointing.

I came in to this business looking to get an estimate on some work I needed done on my vehicle but quickly left after I witnessed what I’m assuming was a manager (dark mustache didn’t have a name tag), yelling,cursing and just being very disrespectful and unprofessional to another employee. Anyone who speaks to another employee this say doesn’t deserve my business, I will not be returning.

Pro clean has done an outstanding job with my car, I was originally planning on getting the upholstery cleaned sepertatly but will not need to since they cleaned my seats as well. They gave me a ride to the mall while I waited as well. Highly recomemd

My car was really dirty and stinky from last winter.. didnt know where to go so started looking at the reviews on here and pro clean had a few bad ones but i decided to give it a try.. better than the garage place on nobhill lol well the manager had an awesome attitude and told me if i wasn’t happy with their service i could take it back and they would work with me.. my car was spotless they even got the scratches from a previous bump I had. Could not be happier.. GOOD JOB 👏🏼 guys. And for the people looking for detailing shop reviews most of the ones ^^ might be from competitors believe I had doubt too!!!
