Employee was very nice and helpful, however she was the only employee working and it took two hours for her to help me with a new phone. The company needs to hire a few more employees.

Very pleased with our service that Lawanda provided. She went above to meet our needs and explained every detail to us so we could understand our plan and what all we were getting. I highly recommend if your planning to get new service or phone, go see Lawanda she will get you and your family all taken care of.

Every time I call, no one answers the phone. The reason is because they only have one employee that is working or at least comes out. They dont care about customers. They just take their sweet time. Guess its not their time they have to worry about.

Lawanda is an amazing manager! She has been the most helpful and I have sent in a lot of family members and friends to see her and she has taken care of everyone. She is the best of the best!

Went in today with a broken beyond use phone and came out an hour later with the exact phone I wanted with accessories for an amazing price. Staff Member Caleb Huff was a tremendous help and extremely knowledgeable and personable. As I waited I saw him handle a difficult customer and he handled the situation extremely well. 10/10 experience.

We switched over from Verizon cause the people said we could get 4 phones and internet and cable for $400 and ever since we switched we have had nothing but problems . How do you make a account with the wrong name and because we didn’t pay it they shut our lines off and we had to pay a $35 restore fee that shouldn’t of been shut off to begin with. If I would of known what I know now I would of never switched to AT&T to begin with . I’m about to cancel my service with you guys !

Individual being taken care of while I waited. She was elderly and had flip phone. She wanted a paper copy of the receipt and was informed by manager she could have one and was told he would take a picture of the receipt. Her comments was I can never get a receipt here and was informed that the printer was broke. Her comment was she will go back to Beavercreek. She was told my the manager Im you can leave now bye bye. Manager very rude to the elderly. I was informed by art over the phone I can get a discount through work. Just take a copy of my pay or badge with a driver license into the store for verification. I was informed my the manager that the discount does not apply. I was trying to explain to him that it his is what i was told to do and he told me that he was telling me something different. As the conversation progressed I was also told I could leave the store and bye bye.

Lawanda is the best. She has been so helpful anytime I have problems. She answers all my dumb questions. I cannot say enough about her and the customer service I receive.

Everytime Ive come to the AT&T store in Xenia, the people that work there have ALLWAYS been helpful. Never left without an answer or problem unsolved. Keep up the great customet service Tony and fellow employees.

Switched from T-Mobile to ATT because of lack of coverage and poor customer service with wait times over 3 hours. Chose the Xenia Store because it was where I was at the time to do the changeover. Went prepaid because they had a special for $65 phone service unlimited everything for $45. After my number was ported over, I was told everything was correctly set-up until the next day when I realized Xenia Store Customer Service Rep INCORRECTLY set me up for a $40 8 gb plan. Ive called over and over and over and over to no prevail with NOBODY answering the phone. The one time I did reach somebody they were too busy to help me, she offered to call me back and NEVER DID! NOW Im maxed out on data and nobody to help. Called customer care first 3 weeks ago when it happened and they refused to fix it saying its at a store level problem and needs to be resolved there. I dont have time to call and sit on the phone hours and hours nor drive 35 minutes out of my way. Regret choosing this store. Ibraham was my representative. Called 3 timed prior to writing this review to resolve it. Trash Service!
