This place does help you with a place but its up to you to do the house searching. They point you in the right direction.

Staff are not respectful and the place is unorganized and I dont like that allow men to stay there too

This place was the best thing that happened to my family. If taken serious and for being there for the right reasons, you will reap the benefits of fleeing a domestic violence situation. Taking adavantage of the groups and counseling provided will help so much. All the staff there during my stay were so amazing. My children formed bonds that wont be broken, and I have been able to find peace and comfort with the staff as well. They truly are amazing people. I cannot say enough about staff as they truly are a big reason as to why it helped me succeed. Such wonderful people and a warm,inviting place to be during such a hard part in life. Please be sure to call. They will help.

Know alot of the women very protective of the people staying there and very safe with security gates and police at a minutes responding time

Staff is awesome they really care about the well being and safety of the clients there. They will help you set and achieve your personal goals. Ive had a wonderful experience there and am truly grateful for the FVPC.

An amazing place with an amazing staff that truly cares.

Stayed there briefly until the staff insisted the women of color do the all the chores. Every person staying there was supposed to contribute. When I stated it was not fair the staff fabricated a lie to get me removed for not going with the “program” where residents of color had to do all the chores and whites were exempt from having to do chores. They refused to review the video footage which would have proved I did nothing wrong except say “ that’s not fair.” I was further traumatized after my stay there.

Staff is very nice and so are the rooms. Its very clean and the food is good!

A good place for abused adults and children to turn to for help....seek police help in an emergency call 911.
