Chris called back almost immediately, unlike a different local company I left messages for. Im still waiting on them to call back, NOT. Chris arrived looked at the project, provided an estimate and was scheduled. Work was outstanding. I would recommend his company.

Its simple. I reached out, he responded promptly. Came out same day and gave me an estimate. Talked to me about the service he provides, showed he cared. After he left, immediately sent me an estimate in email. I accepted, he immediately got me on the schedule. He showed up when he said was going to, did the work he said he was going to do, and sent me status updates and reminders all along the way. Excellent communication, no drama, and did a great job. Why cant all service providers be like this?

We were having difficulty getting someone out to clean our roof as we had moss growing between and under the shingles. Elite Exterior Cleaning not only gave us a quote the same day we contacted them, but they were out a few days later. When it started raining, they did what they could before coming back the next day to finish and double check what they had done the day before hadnt been ruined by the rain. These guys came out and were awesome. Nothing but professional and communicated very well. Did a walk through in the end to ensure our satisfaction with the work. House looks so much better after the cleaning! We had some nasty stains on the back door from our dog that they were able to remove. We tried several different things to remove the stain and nothing had worked. Highly recommend them to come clean the outside of your home.

Elite Exterior Cleaning did a great job power washing an investment property that I’m renovating. The house clearly had not been cleaned in quite a while, and Elite brought the aluminum siding on the house back to life. They were even able to remove some rust stains from an old air conditioner mounting bracket. Plus they were extremely responsive and professional. I would not hesitate to use them again!

Great job! I really appreciated how he taped off the exterior outlets to prevent water from causing a GFI. Well, to be honest, he did miss one hiding behind a lawn chair (thats how I know what getting one wet will do). Reset the GFI and all is well - no harm, no foul. Would I use him again, absolutely! We had a moss and algae growth problem on the north side of our roof. One section has slate shingles and the rest has asphalt shingles. Chris and his worker quickly sprayed the roof, killing off the growth. They took care to protect our plantings near the house. We are very happy. Our neighbors liked the job so much, they contacted Chris to treat their roof, too.

Christopher knows his stuff. When ever you hire a company to wash your house it really is a 50/50 shot of hiring someone who knows the correct method to wash the house. Elite exterior cleaning has the know how and equipment to do a great job!

Absolutely amazed by Chris and his company! They were able to quickly squeeze me on to their calendar. I needed mold spots cleaned up on my 2 story home so it would be ready for real estate photos and within an hour my house looked better than I have ever seen it! I wish I wouldnt have waited so long to do it. After the job was done Chris even took the time to tell about the mold that was growing and where it was stemming from. The owner Chris was professional and provided the insurance of his business to ease our worries about a company coming on the property and completing the job. His company was prompt on the job site and completed the job as he promised. They were able to remove the green, mildew, mold, or fungus that is plaguing our area on the house, fence, and shed. The siding, gutters, and fence look great and I’m no longer embarrassed of my home. On our shed we had years of dirt that I tried to clean by myself without any success and the company’s cleaning equipment made it look good as new. I cant say enough about this service. Due to the incoming cold weather he came out the same day I called, and finished up the side of the house in about an hour. He even cleaned part of my fence when he noticed that the wind had blown some of the cleaner on to the fence making it look spotty. Ill be giving them a call in spring to clean the rest of the fence.
