Absolutely no wheelchair access, no disability parking and when asked why said sign was knocked down. When my wife inquired as to when it would be replaced, she was rudely told when they get around to it if a patron is physically disabled they are told to travel to another city to access the USPS!
If I could give zero stars I would. First off, they NEVER answer the phone. I mean never. Secondly, our carrier is constantly delivering mail to the wrong address. Several times I’ve had to walk down the street to return mail to the proper person. SEVERAL times they have canceled my pick up request for no reason and I have lost online sales and profit because of this. To make it better, they send an email stating these packages were picked up when they sat on my porch since 7am and still was there at 7pm at night. I have filed a complaint because they even delivered a check to the wrong address and caused me to lose $280. Do something about this place!
I normally dont have a problem with Xenia postal. However! I did today. I had a package pick up scheduled for today. My packages have been out on the porch where they always are since 10 am today. I get an email saying they were picked up at 5:12 PM. GUESS what was NOT PICKED UP!? My packages are still kn my porch.
How can you deliver paper mail and not the package that comes with it?
I got a notification that they didnt have access to deliver my package so I tried to call over and over couldnt get an answer. I still dont have my package and I dont know what else to do or how to get it.
Extremely Rude! Not Polite. Gives Wrong Information For Sending/Delivering Packages. I Can Not Even Begin To Say How Rude They Where To My Teenage Son And Daughter!
Had two packages out to be delivered and both were marked delivered but I only received one. I called the post office as soon as they opened the next day and spoke to Ken (I hope I got his name right) and he was so nice and helpful! He was able to take both tracking numbers and use their GPS tracking to see where they had scanned as delivered. The one I received was scanned at my home but the one I did not receive was scanned all the way down the street. He spoke with the post deliverer for the day in my area and let me know they would check at the house where it was scanned as delivered and check in the truck as well. He was very nice and polite and patient the whole time. The problem has not been completely solved of course but I am very thankful for the help I received. This is the best service I have ever received over the phone from any USPS location and I will definitely call again if I have any other problems in the future.
Spoke over the phone with a clerk by the name of Tony (I think), this morning. He was very courteous and professional but went beyond that and made an extra trip out to locate and deliver a package personally.Impressive commitment to excellence in customer service. The postal service is horrible. sent a package priority 2 weeks ago. Lost package and no one wants to be accountable. you call and they say theyre working on it but hear nothing this has been going on for 2 weeks with no courtesy of follow up calls. Now i have to submit insurance claim. Good luck with that
USPS is my preferred shipper whenever possible, and I ship through this post office often. The staff is always friendly, even when they are super busy. Never had any reason to complain in all the years Ive been going here.
This post office is the worst and I use to work for Usps. But in Xenia half the time we never get our mail or we don’t get it til like 8pm and there has been multiple instances where I was suppose to get packages or certified mail and never got or they never notified me and they just sent it back and never got the notice that they are suppose to leave about packages or certified mail. Things need to change there or hire better workers that are not just plan lazy

After sending a Priority Mail Envelope to this city I noticed tracking stated that the package was being sent back to the PO due to an incomplete address. I checked and sure enough I had put 1800 for the house number instead of 1700. I called this post office, explained my mistake, they took the correct information and my phone number. Within a 1/2 hour they had called me back and stated that they got hold of the letter carrier and he would deliver to the correct address in about 15 minutes.This Post Office is awesome. Ive called my PO in the past for assistance and can hardly ever get any assistance from this. The Xenia PO could have just sent it back to me to mail again but they did an awesome job in correcting my mistake.Thanks guys
If I could give no stars, I would. The front desk lady was rude from the moment we walked in. Ive been in customer service for over 15 years and I would never be that rude and condescending when we were just inquiring about a package we were expecting. She talked down to my step daughter like she was better than us. I will never go in to that post office ever again. She didnt not even try to be nice. They need to fire the lady that works at the front desk or at the very least she should be reprimanded about her poor customer service skills.
Well, another package of ours they say was delivered never showed up. And again, we get a notice that says “undeliverable.” What a lousy operation they’re running! If you can help it, don’t have the Xenia Post Office handle your packages or important mail items.
