I bought 35 pavers. I was told to drive to the line of cars. I waited 35 minutes to get waited on before I got out and got help. Then after driving to the gate, was told you don’t have them!!!! (Joe was very apologetic and tried to be helpful.) So I was sent to customer service for my refund. ( I now have been at Lowe’s almost an hour to get pavers.)The CS girl was rude and much more interested in the other girl behind the desk and her nails than me. She actually said ‘whatever’! Disappointing. I used to like Lowe’s!
The prices are a little much... but the plants reflect the price. Also did a landscape plan with Marianne and she was amazing! Would highly reccomend making a plan with her!

My daughter and I went on 4/10/21. Soon as we walked in the doors a employee asked us if we needed help. We knew what we were getting and where it was located. The person at check out was very friendly and helpful. I will be coming back for more flowers tomorrow. Thanks Lowes

Well stocked, staff polite,but they basically locked my uncle in the store because they didnt make and announcement that the store was closing and they were locking the doors az i went to go inside to find out where he was. no complaints tho, my uncle is kinda retarded and i told him not to go in when we got there. His DA fault smfh

We have been using our Lowe’s card for months and have been paying our bill early and paying over the minimum. Our bill increased by 14 bucks and on June 8th I paid the bill and mistakenly did not pay the extra 14.00. Payment not even due until 6/23! Idk but maybe a courtesy text or email stating that we still owed 14 bucks would have been nice. But in July by god I have received 3 texts and emails telling me I now owe 160! So I call and was told they tacked on a late fee! The lady supposedly removed the late fee and I made a payment of 200 bucks! Today my fiancé went to use the card and they declined it! I call and they are saying because my account is delinquent! Seriously!! Not sure why the lady I spoke to 2 days ago didn’t bother to tell me that! But needless to say, my fiancé is a disabled Veteran and this treatment over a lousy 14 bucks is unbelievable and we will no longer do business with a company like this!
I tried to buy a stove here but everything was out of stock.They wouldnt order one for me, nor would they honor any of the marked sale prices. The salesman was rude, as if I was putting him out trying to buy an appliance. He said, quote, Everybody is freaking out about appliances.Its not my fault theyre out of stock. I had him check three different models on display and couldnt buy any of them. No wonder people are irritated. Im not freaking out, but I did purchase my stove somewhere else.

Large selection and good quality products. Popular sizes of dimension lumber are sometimes picked over, could be restocked more often. Seems staffing is down a bit in the Covid era. Sometimes a fairly long wait after paging for assistance, but they try to respond within 45 seconds. Most employees are very knowledgeable and helpful as to where to find specific items.

I found what I wanted on the website and went directly to it without having to wander around the store. All items are marked with item locations. I rarely go inside stores now because of Covid so I really liked knowing ahead of time where items are.I also dropped off some rechargeable batteries to recycle. Lowes accepts rechargeable batteries, cell phones, plastic bags and fluorescent light bulbs. We are slowly switching to LED bulbs and dropping off old ones here.
Overall very displeased. I have had to go there a lot lately,With the exception of maybe 2 workers the employees were dismissive and extremely unhelpful. They acted like they were doing me, the paying customer, a favor by filling my order. Complained about the amount of cuts I needed. When asked where an item was, I was met with over there, around aisle # wouldnt actually help me find what I was looking for. I go to place my order and the people behind the desk just stand there and look at me. Overall extremely dissatisfied. Gave 3 stars only because my order was filled correctly and the amount of selection in the store. If they didnt have the selection,I wouldnt set foot in the store.

I love Lowes, they have a little bit of everything. I do get annoyed though by every single employee I pass, asking me if I need help with anything. I get it, good customer service. But majority of the time, they dont have a clue as to the answer of most questions theyre asked. Which is ok, but they could at least say that or find someone that does before totally winging it or acting like they know something they obviously dont know. I could only imagine how many people out there are working on a project and get wrong materials or something because of a Lowes employee. Still love the place, but employees have to realize its ok not to know everything and not to give customers misinformation.

Lowe’s replaced the wrong item (without trouble by the way) so that’s a blessing. The ladies at Lowe’s, helped get our mistake and quickly solved.But the the delivery man FRANKIE was absolutely the best one of any oneWe’ve had.He was punctuality, actually gave us a phone call about an 1/2 hour before arriving and was polite very personal, and did what I needed done quickly.If I need something else from Lowe’s I’ll request he’ the one he send.Overall we had a great experience.Thank you Lowe’s and Frankie

The DIY kits for kids are nice, and do not contain cheap materials. The local store has more visible employees, most were friendly and helpful.

Lowes has it all, and they always honor my Veterans discount, which really makes a huge difference on all my home improvement needs. They have strict mask rules to ensure everyones safety, just like they all do these days. 👍👍👍

Its a different world these days. Anyhow if you need anything from Lowes you can get it with peace of mind. Theyre taking all the necessary precautions to protect customers and employees. Bought online and pick up in store. Easy peasy!!
Great people but many items I was looking for were out of stock. Coronavirus measures supposedly in place, although last night a young man was coughing without a required mask and his un-leashed dog were walking around the store. Not cool. Need better enforcement of that at the entrances.

Ordered an item for curbside pickup. This was the first time I’ve had a fast experience with Lowe’s curbside so I was pleased about that. My item was previously removed from the box and there was dirt on the ground spikes so it had obviously been used and returned. I hope it’s not broke. Then when I opened the item’s box there are 2 others items inside I didn’t order that someone place inside in an attempt to steal...
I love shopping here at Lowes because they have an excellent service and if they dont have the product you are looking for a lot of the employees will look it up to see where you can find it
Went to buy flowers that was marked down an could not buy them the clerk acted like i was trying to steal them or something i wasnt trying to argue very rude service an the flowers were have dead anyway never been treated like that very low standards for this place

I needed to order material for a fence. Stacy at the pro desk was absolutely amazing! She didn’t rush us at all and helped us find everything we needed. She made sure that we had a great experience and answered all of our questions!! Extremely helpful!
Dont like to hike for what I need but they usually have it. Staff is a little specialized to their area so they may not be able to help you find things. Pack a lunch and explore
We needed a dryer because my old one wasn’t heating anymore. I went to Lowe’s and Cortney in appliances assisted me. She was amazing and so helpful. She could tell I was stressed and she made sure I was able to find the perfect dryer and make my experience was a wonderful one. I would recommend this Lowe’s and Cortney every time!
I came, I saw, I left with lumber. I know everybody is short on building materials as of late; however, this Lowe’s appears to be fairly well stocked. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

This is my favorite Lowes store in the area. I bought some outdoor paint yesterday (5/2/20) for our shed we are building and the gentleman at the paint desk knew exactly what I was looking for and got everyone in and out quickly on a busy Saturday.The Xenia location always seems to be clean and well stocked.

Ive had good experiences and not so good. Years ago I went in and told them I wanted a deck built. A guy came out said hed have the drawings and estimate in a few days and never heard from him again. I never bothered to call Lowes about it.I recently bought flooring. Not realizing after they rang up the cost and the receipt was given to us that I didnt mention I was military and could I get my 10% discount? Talk about an attitude! She said SHE had one of those days. So I told her I just finished a 8hr trip from DC and my day wasnt so good either. What I was expecting from a customer service rep was service. Like an answer back no problem we can fix it and get that 10% off for you. She never looked at me while fixing it. Never said thank you for coming to Lowes. I spent nearing $9k that day in material and labor.Never heard from the store about the service we recieved. You would think that management would make that a priority with the amount of time and money spent.
We decided to recarpet our townhouse and after visiting several carpet places we stopped at Lowes. The service was great and they sent out an expert to measure the carpet and pad. The price of the carpet install was better than anyone else. It was ordered on Saturday and two weeks later it was professionally done. Lowes is the place to go!

Store was following CDC guide lines. But many employees were not. Wareing a mask below employees nose helps no one. The employees of this store need a class on how to ware a mask. Many customers were not wareing a mask. Will have to shop there again.
They help me everytime I go into the store. Always helpful. Never had a problem with returns. Ive had very few of those. They always help me make the right choice the first time.
Had to pick up some tile for a project the little wife has on her mind.
The person who had to check price checks acted as if I put the stuff on clearance myself. My receipt after she was finished said I had $9,344.51 that I saved from clearance. I only purchased $175.00 worth of items. I thought she was rude.
As a contractor I basically live at this place. Super friendly staff who are always there to help you with whatever you need. The only problem I have is that I spend way to much money here every time I go, but thats my own fault lol.

Most of the associates are very helpful, but I have encountered a couple with very sour attitudes and demeanors.
Well we’ve been in to the store the last few days for paint. The people you have in the paint department need to smile and be nice. They are rude and don’t smile. I’m in customer service and they are not any way close to be a nice.
It was good. For some reason they always have trouble looking up my Lowes credit account. And the toolbox my husband purchased came dented.

The only reason Lowes gets a 5 star review is because of the staff. Everyone I have interacted with has been super friendly and helpful. The decisions and horrible conditions that corporate created during the covid-19 lock down has turned me away from Lowes. Just my opinion though, please dont let my words scare away. Make your own decisions. And happy hardwaring.
Too many customers not wearing masks or observing social distancing. I felt uncomfortable waiting in line as long as I did. Staff was courteous, but some of those pulled down their masks to talk. Fortunately, I didnt have to interact with them.

I usually find what Im looking for by just walking around because the workers dont seem to helpful or knowledgeable. The prices at lowes are what you would expect kind of high. Ive never had a problem with returns. Ive had problems with delivery from this store. Specifically, I needed a water heater delivered. I made the purchase in store and arranged for delivery the next morning. I pressed how important it was because we were without water. I was assured they understood. 2 days later it was delivered. I had to visit the store several times get the delivery done.
Walked into the Lowe’s in Xenia today 3 employees were standing talking to each other in the paint dept,I asked for some help with finding a product and all they did was point me to two different aisles.I still was unable to find the item went back to the counter where the young male employee attempted to just direct me to another aisle.I had to ask him to come show me where the item was and when we got there he had no knowledge of the products.some energy and interest in their jobs would have been appreciated.The only reason I gave three star is usually I get pretty decent service but today was very disappointing.
Pleasant workers, helpful. Will go back, usually shop Beavercreek, tried Xenia. Not disappointed.

Went in to grab some 20 minute mud and some screws.. well I left with enough supplies to build a small shed or maybe even a chicken coop. So many good deals on everything and so much variety to choose from. Now I guess I gotta find somewhere that sells chickens..
