I am impressed by the level of professionalism and quality I have experienced with Lava GR Auto Detailing. I was able to speak with someone every time I called, and when I did, everyone I spoke to was courteous and informative. I thought there might be an issue with a sensor caused by the detail (there ended up not being an issue). When I called, they were genuinely concerned and offered to make it right, which says a lot about their customer satisfaction and integrity. As for their quality of work, I had some tough grease stains in the upholstery that they did a great job on. They have my recommendations and future business!

I have taken multiple vehicles here for light details and was very happy with results. But I took my 2020 Jeep and was VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I was up charged $100 for sand removal without any mention of this to me or explanation, I also had a few minor scratches I requested be addressed at the beginning of my ultimate detail only to find they were lightly buffed with little improvement in appearance . I feel as if I paid $400 for something I could have done on my own at home, not a professional detail. Very dissatisfied

We’ve had our vehicles detailed many times from a few different companies in town and lava GR is by far the best! We brought in our family vehicle, which also holds our fur babies and they got every spots of fur out of the upholstery! The car now looks and smells better than when we originally bought it! They got every stain, every piece of hair and every crumb out of every nook and cranny! If you are in need of a vehicle detailing I highly recommend lava GR!!

Very friendly people overall. The seem to have their scheduling stuff figured out. However greedy and not very transparent with their pricing.Spoke to them about a messy car of mine. I am talking really rought ok... They mentioned there is a surcharge for extra dirty vehicles but they have done really rought ones for about a 75$ surcharge. I was of course aware of this from the website. Left my vehicle overnight and was texted and called early in the morning for approval for an extra 100$ to clean it. I missed the calls and the text since I was sleeping.So far this is completely fair and previously disclosed so no biggy. A few hours later I was called to be informed I quote I would not touch it for less than $350 later adding this was a two man 6 hour job. (Sure it is) I was not too thrown off by this at all. I figured Ultimate Wash + surcharge it should be around there. The more I spoke with them about it the more I got the feeling that was just for interior only. After a few questions I confirmed it. Anything done to the outside was going to be extra.I think it was messed up they didnt honored the original agreement or their website. If there is excessive dog hair, dirt, grime, bio hazards a $60-$100 up charge may be required upon your approval.Needless to say I called it off! Found another place about 7 minutes away and my experience was so different. They got it done in way under 6 hours. I am very happy with the results. About half the cost i would have paid here at Lava.

My Ford Explorer has seen sandy beaches, muddy dog, baby milk / food explosions. I didn’t think my car would ever smell or look good again! These guys did an absolute amazing job on our car! They did amazing work. I had chalked up our fur issue (black interior, giant white furry dogs) as a lost cause. My jaw hit the floor when I saw they got up every single piece of fur. Also their attention to detail was fantastic. Customer for life now!

When I got the car it was quite the mess from the previous owner and when I got it I did the best I could to clean it but I couldn’t get it perfectly clean. Lava did an interior detail and hand wash of my vehicle and I am VERY pleased with the results. Their attention to detail on the interior is second to none. Joe and team did an excellent job detailing the F-150. It’s a 9 year old crew cab truck and they made it look brand new. Carpet was spotless and they got rid of stains on the floor mats that I couldn’t get out. Every seam on the dash was debris free and they brought back the original color on my old looking leather seats.Definitely going to have more done by them!

Initially, scheduling the appointment the company had good communication in setting up the appointment and answering my questions. But unfortunately, the day my appointment arrived the company lacked in professionalism and communication. I was supposed to drop my vehicle off at 8am (since it is first come first served sort of deal) but no one was at the shop. I waited until 9am and still, no one was there. During my wait I contacted the phone number provided numerous times and left voicemails only to get no response.Another car had been waiting since before I arrived and we both ended up leaving due to how suspect this business seemed.

I called one day and the next day they got me in! Very nice people to talk to and deal with! My truck looks great! I will definitely be going back!

My Tahoe looks brand new!! After a Michigan winter my car looked dirty with salt stained mats, dirt on the back of the leather seats from muddy boots, and scratches on the body from winter wear and tear. I love a clean car, so I am always keeping up with regular washes and vacuuming, but it was in need of some REAL attention!I called them on a Saturday to make an appointment for a full detail (hoping to get in that next week) and they more than accommodated my request and work schedule. They told me that one of the features they offer is to pick up and drop off cars getting detailed. That Tuesday morning they came to my office to pick it up and dropped it off before the end of my work day. It looks as new as the day I got it. It is “squeaky” clean! Worth every cent!Their responsiveness, attention to detail and customer service is bar none! I would recommend Lava GR to ANYONE who desires that new car look both inside and out.

Just got my Jeep Wrangler 2016 interior detailed, have never gotten it detailed before. My car interior before I brought it in to Lava GR was so gross since I have cloth seats, and had so much hair, and stains, and when I got it back it looked my car was brand new and it even looked cleaner than when I first got it, it smelt so good, and all the stains were out, and my carpet was so clean. Customer service is great and Joe rocks! I will definitely be coming back there. I highly reccomend.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish.I reached out to Lava GR due to unfortunate circumstances - my neighbor was having his house painted, and the crew got overspray on about 40% of the surfaces of my wife’s car.Working with Lava was very smooth. They came by to get me a quote, scheduled around my availability, and came to my house on a Saturday. They then put in a lot more work than I expected, and wound up leaving my car looking better than I thought possible!

Goodbye car detail package.Update: was called back and I understand issues do come up.Upset about the 4 star review, these children decided to text bomb my phone. As such, I am changing back to a 1 star. Dont use their service. They will act like babies if they dont get their way. Dont leave your number with them either.

They show up and detail your vehicle inside and out. This isn’t just a cleaning and a simple outside wash. They bring back a showroom shine and make the interior look like it just came off the dealership lot. They are well informed about the latest and greatest products for lasting results. Your making a mistake if you use any other company. I’ve tried a few around town and lava GR is better.

Lava GR they did a fantastic job detailing my 2011 Traverse!! My vehicle is spotless and smells so fresh! Stains came out of the interior that previous detailers could not get out...... The exterior is so smooth and shiny that bug will wipe off with a dry rag! I am truly impressed!! Definitely money well spent!!!!

First thing I have to say is that Joseph have a lot of knowledge about detailing and of all of his products. He explains you detail by detail what his products goin to do to your car. At the end the final product was more of what I was expecting. He’s effort to satisfy his client is maximum. For now on LavaGR it’s going to be my detailing place.

One acted like I was inconveniencing them with my request - I needed vomit removed from my seats and floormats - and the other wanted my car from 8 a.m to 5 p.m. on a weekday. I had a bag of rancid trash leak in the back of my car and I couldnt, for the life of me, get the smell out. Joseph and his team came out and made sure I do a smell test before they wrapped up to make sure I was happy. I took my Mazda in to have the scratches buffed out and the headlight de-oxidized. When I got my vehicle back it was night and day. Most of the scratches are gone and the headlight looks almost new. Although, there where some small communication issues, I still recommend this company to detail your car.
