You can call it dentophobia or hate going to the dentist, but it was me before I visit InSmile Dental! The way I found them was that I simply Googled dentist in Wylie and tons popped up. Called a few and they were extremely rude, and unprofessional. I called InSmile and that was it! I found MY FAVORITE OFFICE! Today I went it for cleaning and I was nervous in the beginning because Ive had TERRIBLE experiences else where. Staff were super nice and Dr.Shah made my visit extremely easy. Dr.Shahs office is very modern and attractive. His voice is very gentle, he acts with skills, and wisdom. For me, the whole process (X-Rays and cleaning) went by quickly, and the fun part was that I was watching TV while everything was happening! Best dentist visit EVER, will defenitly refer others.

Love this place! I hate going to the dentist. I am sure no one loves it but I have a phobia. I had a bad experience as a kid. They were so nice to me and very understanding. I have some dental work that needs to be done(because of my phobia havent gone as often as I should). They explained each step and made me feel comfortable and at home. I do love the idea of being able to watch TV to keep my mind off the work I will be having done. A beautiful office filled with beautiful people. I have found my new favorite dentist. I know I will go more often now that I am comfortable being in their office. Thank you!!

My husband and I have been to several dental offices and so glad when we decided to try out Insmile Dental. The office is only 10 minutes from my house and Dr. Shah is the best dentist we’ve ever seen. He’s very patient, has great bedside manner and we definitely can tell that he’s really care about his patients. He makes sure his patients are comfortable and pain free during a procedure. Went in for the first time and was blown away by the amazing staff. Reception was so so nice when booking my appointment and accommodating my work schedule. By far the best dentist out there, went to Dr. Shah for crown on a recent root canal and he explained everything very thoroughly regarding not only crown process but all other questions I had. This was my first visit with Dr. Shah and from the initial process of ease of online scheduling to the actual appointment was amazing! Wife and I visited here for the first time. Dr. Shah is great, positive energy. Explains everything we need to know. Gives suggestions on how to save on bigger procedures should we ever need them performed. Seems to care about his patient and goes above what my previous dentists would do. Such as Vaseline on the lips and surrounding area where it could get very dry during cleaning. You know how many of my previous dentists thought about that? None.You get some dental shades as well, nice to keep the light and splatter out of your eyes. My previous dentist didnt do this either.We had other non-dental appointments back to back this Friday and Dr. Shah assured us we would be out on time to meet them. Thats professionalism I like to hear.Their equipment seem to be the new and high tech stuff. TVs to the front and up top. They can be used to help explain things or watch a cooking show.The facility is new as well, overall gives a sense of assurance. I like that their new patient form has a field to note any concerns before the cleaning. I put down that I dont want a bloodbath. Dr. Shah explained that if we had calcified plague under the gums, there would be blood during deep cleaning to get to those spots. Well, at least I know what to expect. Here is a doctor that understands people dread going to the dentist, and does his best to make them comfortable.The only thing that could have made this visit better would be guest WiFi.

My aunt & uncle went to get a consult from Dr. Shah a couple of weeks ago and raved about how thorough he was and how great he was at answering all their questions. I had been looking for a new dentist so I called to make him an appointment. I made a few phone calls to the office asking questions and setting up appts for my bf and I. The doctor and his staff were so amazing on the phone that I just knew they’d be great. I went yesterday and my bf went today. We were both impressed. Entire staff was friendly, doctor is knowledgeable, he shows great care, he took the time to explain everything and to answer all of my questions.He was the one that did my cleaning. The office is under a year old and is clean and beautiful! There was no wait time and we both got right in. He’s cheaper than my dentist and honest about what care I needed. He’s the best dentist I’ve been to ever!!!!I could go on and on.

I visited Dr. Shah’s office today for exams and cleanings with two of my kids. The office is beautifully designed and welcoming. My kids loved his staff and him, which is a big deal! I called this office for a last minute appointment when I was visiting town and realized I was about to let my annual benefits go to waste! The office staff was sweet enough to squeeze me in for a cleaning. First of all this place was so bright, clean, and pretty! Dr. Shah was really easy going and didn’t make me feel like a horrible person for not flossing daily (but yes we alllll should be flossing). The cleaning was really comfortable and I didn’t end up squirming in the chair like I usually do at the dentist. He seems to give very personalized care and will adjust to make sure you have a good experience.
