Steve and his team are the best! I was told by another company that I needed a major repair - Steve came for a second opinion, was very thorough and even helped get the part I needed through warranty, saving us a lot of money! He definitely knows how to help a customer out and will have our business for our home and rental properties due to his honesty and professionalism.

I called Steve to come diagnose a problem that another company told me I had, only to find out the other company was lying to me and trying to rake me over the coals by getting me to spend thousands more on services and a unit I didnt need. Steve saved me thousands of dollars, and didnt charge me a dime to tell me what the real problem was, which was a very simple fix. He was referred to me by a co-worker. My experience with him was excellent, and I will be using him for all of my HVAC needs in the future. Its comforting to know that there are still businesspeople out there that operate with integrity.

Called this guy out and he came the next day. He told me what was wrong with it and told me he would call the manufacturer and order it and would be back with the part. After a week went by of not hearing from him I called him and he told me he forgot about it and would call them and be back out as soon as possible. Never heard from him again. I called Airtron, they were out the next day, said that I didn’t need any parts and it was up and running in 10 minutes. Don’t waste your time or money with this guy.
