I always have a lovely experience at Wisteria. Its been my go-to salon for a while; great service, really friendly staff, and theyve been amazing with practicing social distancing during the pandemic. I feel comfortable and safe in the salon and I ALWAYS leave with a wonderful, long-lasting manicure :) definitely recommend.

Very clean and spacious place. They have plexiglass installed between each station for social distancing. They take your temperature before you enter. Ivonne did my nails. She was great. Great pedicure.

Very nice place and all but #1 expensive #2 I appreciated the massage at the beginning but Atleast give a warning before you touch someone without their consent.They also overcharged my card. Bank account said I spent $96 while the receipt said only $80. Sketchy.

I’m giving this place 5 stars because i have worked with 3 nail techs and all three have done a clean and beautiful job on my nails. I’m very picky and usually always go to the same nail tech but at this salon i can go to anyone! Very relaxing and clean environment. Friendly staff and professional

The short version: save your money raised prices expensive not worth it & not cleaning between customers during the COVID pandemic...in a rush to close 20 minutes earlyThe longer version: Been here in the past with a positive experience but my experience at my recent trip was terrible. First of all they significantly raised their prices $40 for a gel manicure is a bit outrageous for the type and where this salon is in my opinion. I could maybe understand if it was in NYC but its not..I went with my mom we had a 6:30 appointment I tried to make it for 6 but they asked we go at 6:30 ...We arrived a little early. Upon arrival they started to take some COVID precautions took our temperatures and asked we use hand sanitizer. They were not cleaning the nail stations or lysoling the tables and chairs between customers like I have seen every other salon do that Ive been to do during this pandemic. They also gave us the nail color wheel and did not disinfect that at all after we used it. Im a bit outraged that they didnt clean between guests more throughly.Then they completely rushed our gel manicures they did the routine hand scrub/lotion on one person but not the other and rushed the entire manicure. One of us was with nails that were filed crooked and left all different lengths and the nail person was ANNOYED when asked for one to be filed a little to try to fix... honestly the shape of our nails looked better before we went in there. They rushed so that they could close early. We walked out and they locked up the doors it was only 7:08 when they advertise that they close at 7:30. They were in a hurry to get out of there which also means that they didn’t clean chairs and tables after a long day of customers.Staff was rude asked a million times insisting if we wanted different add ones. Some things they bugged us about were to add an extra base coat for $10 (what??!! Never heard of this anywhere else) or to add on a massage. This place has really changed I used to enjoy going here but they lost 2 customers as we wont be returning again.

So I have been 3 times Ashley did nails first time GREAT!! KIM DID MY NAILS LAST 2 TIMRS THIS TIME I DID RED FOR CHRISTMAS WITH 2 SBOWFLAKES ON RING FINGERS (WHICH WAS THURSDAY) 3 TOP COATS PREELED OAOF SATURDAY AND TODAY SNOWFLAKE GONE!! NOT HAPPY!! AND GAVE GENEROUS TIP FOR HOLIDAYS EVEN THOUGH ONLY A 3 TIME CUSTOMER!!

Wisteria Nail Salon & Spa was reffered to me by great friend who resides in Wyckoff for a long time and has been going there “forever”.From day one (2 years ago) - I love my experience and will not go anywhere else!Ms. Cynthia and her wonderful staff are experienced, professional, meticulous, creative and very nice people. They know all the latest techniques, trends, styles, colors and can do amazing custom nail designs!The place itself - sparkles!!! It is clean, shiny, have beautiful lighting and artwork!
