I absolutely LOVE this jewelry store. Hard to decide what I go in there for...their wonderful selection of jewelry or their customer service. Not only have I purchased some beautiful pieces, but have had several pieces custom made. Not once have they disappointed. I also stop in occasionally just to say hello to Laura and Dominick, whom I adore. They promptly remove whatever jewelry I have on and give it a good cleaning!! They are professional, trustworthy and always provide good value.

THE BEST! For the past 8 years my boyfriend (now fiancé) had been going to Dominick and Laura at Adrian to help pick out amazing jewelry for me every year for Christmas. Each year was better than the next! Unbeknownst to me Jeff started working with them to pick out and design an engagement ring in 2020. They found a one of a kind band and made it into the most perfect ring for me! Jeff was also given my mother’s, my grandmothers, and my great aunts engagement rings to use if he wanted towards the ring. But they instead came up with an even better surprise! They made a necklace with all three diamonds as a Christmas surprise for me! Everyone at this jewelry store honestly care about the customer and as someone who sold jewelry most of her life, they do PHENOMENAL quality work!

I will literally drive from the Bronx to shop there! The merchandise is top quality. I have never been disappointed. Dominick is another main reason I shop there. He always helps me pick out the best gifts for others, and myself. Plus, he never fails to put a smile on my face.

Ive been a customer for the last 30 years. Laura is always full of great ideas for my anniversary, birthdays and Christmas. I highly recommend to stop by and take look......Laura goes out of her way for me every time.

Great experience with Adrian Jewlers. I have bought many items in the past. During this Pandemic I can honestly say the owner went above and beyond to not only help me find the perfect gift, but to deliver it to my home.

Awful customer disservice experience. Was like pulling teeth to find simple answers. No information was volunteered. Employee was rude and sarcastic as if answering anything was a chore and it was offensive I was there. I had even called a day early due to the pandemic. They couldnt be bothered to check messages or call back.I was told the work would be very complex (I had it done up the street as a walk in; took 10 minutes, no issue). Complex?News: many businesses are happy to have customers before, during, or after a global pandemic! Adding Adrian Jewelers to my list of fired companies.
